I really like this gym. It has some Nautilus equipment, and a good variety for almost every muscle! The gym is pretty small, but everything is spaced out logically and orderly. Give it a chance!
The place is also really clean, kept organized, and taken care of well. Pricing is fair, and it is mostly a pleasant atmosphere. I will miss going here!

Went today for the first time and I am very pleased. It’s not overpriced it’s very clean and the owner is a great guy. I’m returning every time I come to town to get my lift.

Everything you could want in a gym with a super nice owner. Quality equipment, never overcrowded.

It's like a very large basement gym. Their equipments are good but very old and they definetly need to upgrade. Theres not a lot of floor space as it's too cluttered with too much equipment but not enough space. It's usually empty so if u looking for a peaceful workout then this is the place, however I felt slightly uncomfortable with the guy that's there always wondering around watching me. I understand its safety procedure (and he did give me so useful pointers) but knowing that am beign followed and watched distracted me heavily from my workout and I didnt really enjoy working out in there like I normally do. At most gyms they are cameras as with this one but therez no one that follows you around watches you closely, so for that reason is why I wont be returning to this gym.

Very uncomfortable because owner would follow around an continue to interrupt workout every 2 mins. Always nit picking about using equipment to work out, and was more worried about them looking pretty!! I've been in the gym for a long time and it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Considering I payed dues to use equipment and not just look at it! Would not recommend to anyone serious about their training and workouts!
