Frank’s Point S

I visited Frank's Point S for the first time, searching for help with a couple of annoying issues to fix. I was not disappointed and left so full of appreciation and gratitude, I felt I had to share my experience. It was Saturday, with one hour to close and one mechanic on duty, Julio. Thankfully, Julio was able to break away from a bigger job that he was working on to have a look and assist me with what I needed. He was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Julio, quickly assessed what needed to happen with the first, trickier of the two issues; grabbed the necessary tools and sprung to action. He completed both tasks for me and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes! Julio and the team at Frank's Point S exceeded my expectations with their services, to say the least. I highly recommend Frank's; and I'll return when necessary with any future needs. If you are one that believes that this "going above and beyond" kind of service just doesn't exist anymore; I'm here to say that it does at Frank's!! Thank you Frank's, and thank you Julio!! You made my weekend!

I can't recommend Franks enough. They are wonderful. I always get amazing service and the prices are lower than so many places in town. Long before they had payment plans they worked with me with paying for new tires. They in good conscience couldn't let me leave with my tires in the condition they were, especially knowing I was transporting my young children- so they worked with me. Recently, I needed a decent amount of work done on my car. I said they might as well replace the brakes while they're at it since I knew I needed new ones. Turns out I only needed rear brakes and my front were great. They could've easily replaced them and charged me and I would never have known they didn't need to be done. I have had to bring 2 vehicles in just to see what was wrong with them, not only did they not charge to look at them, one of them they quickly fixed and didn't charge me. We will never go anywhere else, customers for life!

Hands down one of the best places for tires and vehicle repairs!! Fast, Friendly and most of all Honest!! If you’re a Jeep owner, this is definitely the place to take it!!

Absolutely phenomenal service experience today. I had a check engine light on and they were able to run diagnostics and provide a simple quick fix. It did not require much and so I was not charged. I will definitely return again for all my auto needs. Good honest folks!!!

I prefer Frank's Point S for tire service and other car repairs because they are very kind and very helpful. I recommend Frank's because the prices are fair and great overall. I just went in on this day of Monday January 8th and I am very pleased with their service.

These people are AMAZING! Chris was so nice to talk with and he made it easy to understand what I needed done. Plus, free engine light diagnosis!!!, when Friendly Auto was going to charge me $135. This will now be my go-to place for all of my automotive needs!

Frank's point is tire is an awesome tire shop I was traveling through and had a significant leak in one of my tires and even though they were busy they got to me very very quickly and gotten back on my way. I would highly recommend them.

Good, fast, friendly and helpful team! Had an emergency, a freeway blow out and they were so fast and helpful! I was in and out thanks to a great team at Frank's team at Point S.

Semi truck 3 axel laser allignment. Called one day in advance, made appointment for 7am the following morning. Other shops/dealerships in the area were backed up 2 to 3 days wait. I also called Freightliner in the area which does not do allignments, they refered me to Franks. Truck was pulled into shop immediately upon arriving and technician began work. Technician made adjustments and showed/explained to me the allignment readings on the computer screen. Excellent work and customer service matches the rest of the reviews on here. Truck drivers make sure you bobtail to the shop they do not have space for trailer to be dropped. Gearjammer truck stop is about 1 mile down the road and you can request permission to drop your trailer at the truck stop but must be logged in at their fuel desk before dropping.

Really great customer service and personal help. Decently priced for service and can usually help in a good timeframe.

My battery light came on 3 hours from home and Franks was the first place I saw coming off of the freeway. They got me a new alternator, installed it, and back on the road in a couple of hours. AND it was a weekend! Friendly and helpful. Max the dog is also friendly and helpful haha

We got a flat tire across the street from this place and we called and they immediately sent someone to help us. Our lugs were stripped and we couldn’t get them off. The tech (I don’t remember his name, he had glasses and name started with an O) was very professional and helpful and did what he could and figured it out. We went over to pay after he was finished and they were so sweet and reasonable. We thought we would have been charged an unfair amount for sending someone. Highly recommend, very honest professional and reasonably priced.

The place we usually go for tire service is booked with appointments for the whole month of April, we'd have we to sit and wait to b we worked in. So we tried Frank's in Union Gap. They got us right in and had our tires changed within 20 minutes. There were others in for tire change, too, but the service personnel were able we to get everyone taken care of quickly. The charges were only $10 more than the National Brand, but it was worth the time saved. Very fast, very friendly people!

We took our Jeep to the dealership for an estimate because it had been jerking to the left. Not only did Jeep charge us over $200 for the estimate, they quoted us $2500 to replace the control arms and various other things. We then went straight to Frank's. They gave us a free estimate that was way below the Jeep dealership quote. We wound up not needing half of what Jeep said and the cost was only $1430. The car now runs like a dream. They were friendly, helpful and finished the job within the time frame they said they would. We won't go anywhere else!

I've been going to this location on work related trips. I was impressed with the customer service. Greeted as I walked in and helped out, I left that location feeling good . All smiles and polite great environment to work around. Keep up the great work .!!!!!

Driving down the road trailer tire blew pulled in the franxx at quarter to 5 they had me out of there by 5:30 excellent service

We did our own brake and master cylinder job, and the brake pedal was going to the floor afterwards. We knew the brake lines needed to be bled better, took it to les schwab and got the run around. Took the car to Frank's and Chris did it no problem.

Twice now I've had slow leaks that I've brought in. Each time they've gotten me in immediately, found and fixed the problem and sent me on my way at no charge. They are awesome!

Gotta say this place is awesome. Great customer service, super friendly and great prices. New tires on my truck and horse trailer.

I’m absolutely thrilled with Franks!. I have been using them for a little over a year now and recently I had a blowout on my F350 and they were so helpful. They checked all my tires when I came in and repaired my tire versus charging me for a new tire that I didn’t need. I also needed new tires for my TrailsWest LQ and they went and picked up the special order heavy duty tires & worked me in to their schedule. Flawless.
