Beautiful quaint little coffee shop in the center of the hood!! Great coffee and espressos excellent choices of pastries the blueberry muffins were sensational!! Wow! Super chill neighborhood cafe. Full coffee menu. Vegan and gluten-free bakery! Just a few tables. A real oasis of calm. Sweet treats and Staff. Clark- Fulton has officially arrived! An incredible renovation of the building. A great investment in a neighborhood on the rise. Very kid friendly!

The pumpkin cookies oh my word!!! Speechless!!! I’m in love! Thank you Caitlin! My kids loved the chocolate chip oatmeal cookie and hubby loved the pecan bar. Will definitely be back.

As a bride with specific health needs, I was in active pursuit of a vendor who could meet my requirements gluten AND dairy-free, quality and/or local ingredients, small business, and could create a sustainable decoration option. Floressa's Cafe was the answer. Not only are they hard workers, their cake is FANTASTIC, they met all my needs, and also delivered a cake that was nearly identical to the Pinterest post I shared with them months prior. I was extremely thankful to have found the Floressa team and discovered their incredible work! If you're a health-conscious bride who doesn't want to sacrafice the look and beauty of your cake... I can't stress it enough... THIS IS YOUR VENDOR!!

Hands down, some of the BEST gluten-free products I've had across the country - Floressa is my go-to. They're always reinventing their cafe menu, which is super fun; their location is super cute; and they truly take precautions when creating and handling gluten and dairy free in house bakery. I am extremely gluten sensitive & have never had an issue with Floressa. We recently used them to cater a party at our home and people were raving about the cookies, brownies and cupcakes. Thank you Floressa!! Especially for catering to those of us with food allergies!! Xo

What an amazing little bakery + cafe! The owner Caitlin and her staff are super kind and friendly. They have delicious baked goods and their lattes are top-notch! I highly recommend checking on this place. Such a cool little spot and great for kids too. They even have a cute little table they can sit at and color or read.

I love everything about this place! Great fresh baked goods! Vegetarian and GF too! Nice small space to sit, even a little kids section complete with toys and activities! Can’t wait to go back for a guaranteed positive start to my day!

Been there twice now...I am hooked! Walk-in small cafe with good selection. Consistent superior quality and taste. We have tried oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, lemon bar, pecan pie bar, early bird and other muffins and all are so good we can't believe they are gluten-free. So moist and flavorful!!! Love it and highly recommend!

Every time I grab a coffee or dessert the service is excellent, great gluten free food and coffee.

Visited on their grand opening. Sampled several things and everything was fantastic. Cookies are crisp and chewy, muffin was light, and pear bar had a great crust. And all the flavors really popped with some unique ingredients. A must-visit for indulgent treats! Great addition to the neighborhood.

They were so helpful! My daughter is allergic to a few common ingredients and they walked me through the whole menu and told me what was safe. The cafe is SO cute and we highly recommend the chocolate chip oatmeal cookie!
