The storage center is close to my residence with easy access. I appreciated being able to reserve a unit and handle all the lease paperwork online. The price was fair and inline with other local storage unit facilities. My unit was easy to locate and was ready for me upon arrival. The lock vending machine was easy to use and made it convenient in obtaining the required style lock. The price was very fair for the lock. I like having the multiple options for paying my rental fees, by phone, online or through the on-site payment kiosk. Communication has been excellent and I have no issues at this point. I am happy with my decision to rent with Red Dot Storage.

I am very pleased with Red Dot. We actually met the owner when we were filling up my 2nd unit. He was a very nice, polite, informative gentleman. Thank you.

Happy to have a good Old Navy store in Reading PA. It was neat and well stocked. Had all varieties of clothes for the whole family.

Good storage unit place secure and clean

It took over an hour to finalize the rental application with the help of Sue the Chat agent . I was not pleased that my 5 x 10 unit outside door is shared with another person. If that person decides to put a lock on the outside door I will not be able to access my unit. Other than that it serves its purpose.

They need to do something with the ice by some of the units

Storage unit ok. But they keeping upping the price on the units. And now I'm changing Storage place because of it

Hmmm not sure just yet. Just red reviews good ones had company feed back bad once w/ no response!!! I seen the bathroom thank goodness I didn’t use the pig sty…. That needs a lock!! People off street using probably homeless an safe place to shoot up the dope this is a big community concern I’m sure Get it cleaned please!!

Overhead wire making the door hard to open.maybe your overseer cought zip tie it up!!

excessive amount of wire rings and broken padlocks clutter area which can result in many flat tires, so beware where you drive

Have complained at least 3 times about pothole near unit 110 They still have not fixed it.
