Soho House

I came to visit a dear friend this evening who was staying at this property. Superb property! I don't honestly know of a better location for anyone coming to our lively city. Easy access to most anything, yet well thought out environmentally, interiors, and exteriors, tucked just above the excitement of South Congress.

Without exception, the staff are well informed, knowledgeable, kind, professional, helpful, and authentically there to treat guests and visitors with dignity and respect.

Indulge yourself to absolute pleasure at this property. You're worth it!

You can take pictures as part of their policies, but I really enjoyed the room. So perfectly designed, the music, and the most amazing bar. Even the toiletries were on point. 👌🏽

I absolutely love SoHo House Austin!! From the time of booking, Michelle was wonderful!! She was so gracious in helping me with an error I’d made and very kind and attentive throughout our stay. Top notch customer service!

I came to visit here with a friend of mine and we really enjoyed out time! The atmosphere in this place is really cool, great lighting and a lot of room to just hand out. The food and service within this Soho House was really good as well. Their LA location wasn't as nice as this one.

I travel a lot and must say Soho House Austin is hands down my favorite place to stay. It is centrally located in a fun area with an abundance of wonderful restaurants and shops. The staff is very nice and always accommodating. They asked every time we came back if we need anything or wanted water. They are so friendly and helpful. They gave us great suggestions on restaurants and thing to do in Austin as well. Looking forward staying at SoHo again.

Stayed the night in one of the “small rooms” and was fantastic. Amazing service, incredibly friendly staff and the room was beautiful. Very pleased and would stay again

Great location, very close to stores and restaurants. Feels like you are part of Auston the moment you check in. Patio and pool are great as well.

Just had Thanksgiving dinner, and it was truly amazing. Have eaten here before, and the new chef was the way to go. So much hospitality and a very casual, super friendly environment as always.

I have to go to Austin regularly and Soho House is hands down my favorite place to stay. It is centrally located in a fun area with an abundance of wonderful restaurants and shops. Most importantly, the staff is beyond amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. On a few occasions I have arrived early and had to leave my bag behind before going to a meeting and they have taken it up to the room for me. I've had to call ahead for special requests which they do not blink an eye at. All around a wonderful time as it feels more like a home away from home rather than a hotel. (The cookies at turn down service are my favorite part!)

The manager was so nice and accommodating to me today (as well as my server), and the yoga instructor who came today was so great. I love the events here and being able to meet creative, likeminded people! I’m actually surprised, I think something changed because people have gotten way more attentive and the service has improved.

Had dinner here. Great atmosphere. Portobello tacos were amazing.

Loved this house. I’m a member from NYC who visited on Holiday. The beds at the pool deck are incredibly comfortable & the drinks are excellent. The room for my stay was immaculate with nice touches, and the house professionals were very thoughtful. Special thanks to the desk manager Kacey and her team who corresponded with me prior to my arrival to make sure I had everything I needed! 5 stars for attention to detail there. Also special thank you to Demur who took great care of my guest & I at our dinner meeting.

Things I would improve/consider: No true wellness/fitness space - would have loved to have had a space to sweat during my stay. Also, paid parking is under the house but the public entrance is a short walk away from the house - not a problem at all, but just a heads up on those hot days!

Will stay here again when I'm back in ATX. Always a pleasure at Soho House.

Great place to hang with friends and make new ones. The art selection was surprisingly really really great. Food is delicious as can be expected at a Soho House location. Majority of the staff are super kind and helpful. :)

Five star service in the foods always farm to table and fresh and delicious.

I’ve enjoyed a creative community, wellness events with Deepak Chopra, enjoyed being a mentor and right now I love the vegan burger and great non alcoholic drinks! Keep it up team !

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Soho House brand and the Austin House is no exception. The rooms are a great size, rates are reasonable, and definitely a great vibe at the hotel. Food was outstanding (everything on the menu is great) and the drink menu is good too. Outdoor patio and pool is phenomenal and the wait staff are courteous and nice! Will definitely be staying at the Austin House again.

Come in, join as a member and get the experience not just in Austin but all over the US and the world. I have been impressed with all the activities and creative energy that surrounds and abounds inside the walls of the SoHo House Austin. I'm lucky enough to have been invited by a True 11, she's a Ten plus 1. We had a blast at the NYE party themed Casino Royale - stayed overnight in one if the room options it was stellar. Soho House Austin is a beautiful space. Not pretentious yet upscale. I went there expecting an “elitist” spot and it was surprisingly warm and welcoming. It is a a beautiful members club that shuns cameras. I enjoyed it immensely.

Great experience. The NYE party was amazing, food is delicious, drinks are perfect, and the staff is wonderful. Shoutout to HUNTER and all the lovely ladies at the front desk. I'll definitely be making the trip back from Houston v often.
