Martin’s replaced the carpet in my home with luxury vinyl in the high traffic areas and carpet in the rest. Deb Sipe coordinated the process. I have old original woodwork and Deb brought samples to my home and assisted me choosing product. I got great financing. Martin’s was very flexible and helpful. Deb helped me get a discounted rate and Martin’s did 36 months with 0 interest through Synchrony Bank. Everyone was extremely kind and I received excellent advice. The results are gorgeous. I highly recommend Martins Flooring.

The installers (Drew and Mike) did a better job than I ever expected. Their professional experience is obvious in the appearance of the finished product. Andy from scheduling kept me updated throughout the process so I always knew what was happening and what to expect.

My flooring project was coordinated by Brian. He showed me vinyl tile in a price range I could afford. Sent me home with samples so I could decide what I wanted. He was low key and I did not feel pressured to purchase from Martins. I am very pleased with the new flooring in my kitchen and downstairs bathroom. I would recommend Martins flooring.

We used Martins to install the runner on our steps several years ago and they did an outstanding job. When it needed to be replaced we returned to Martins immediately. Our second experience was every bit as great as the first. Our Sales Rep Brian Towne was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I contacted him several times with additional questions and he always took the time needed to answer. Always friendly, never seemed bothered. Mike Amos, our installer, did an excellent job as well. His workmanship made our steps look great again and just as Brian promised, the job was completed before the upcoming holiday season. Needless to say, we will return to Martins for a third time when this runner eventually needs to be replaced.

The sales rep (Deb) and the estimator were helpful and kind, and the process went much more smoothly and quickly than I expected. The installers were fantastic and very tidy and clean! My wife & I love our new custom curtains. From our sales experience to the installation, everything was excellent. We highly recommend purchasing window treatments from Martin’s Flooring. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is top notch.

I worked with Bonnie Watson and a designer from Interiors Homes to get a custom carpet for under my Tommy Bahama kitchen table. The square size under a round table was tricky but between the two designers we achieved what I needed. The texture and color of the carpet are good for my home with my dog and my very young grandsons. Easy vacuum clean up. I would buy from them again and recommend them.

I had received several quotes from various places for window treatments. Stephanie, from Martin's Flooring, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting the correct blinds and window treatments. Their selection and pricing is good, especially for the warranty that is offered on those products. She was very responsive and professional. I am very pleased with the products and their service.

From the beginning of the process to the end, Martins did an excellent job! We used Martin’s for their Carpet Cleaning Service. They did an excellent job! The technician was so pleasant, extremely detail oriented, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. We moved out all of the smaller furniture items the day before. On the day of the appointment, we told the technician that we would move the sofas in the living room when he was ready, so that the carpet underneath and behind the sofas could be cleaned — only to find out later that he had done it himself! We had the living room, the primary bedroom, hallway, stairs and landing cleaned for less than $200. We would highly recommend Martin’s for your carpet cleaning needs!

Martin’s did a marvelous job overall. The installer - Austin was superb. He was extremely patient and wanted the look just right. Jess was our salesperson and Mike was our initial installer. They made a great team.

Why did we give a 5 start review...well, when something has been done from the very beginning like friendly service, helpful staff members, carpet choices and helpful salesmen like Brian Towne it's an easy thing to do. Not only our experience with the sales and upfront staff we were impressed with our estimator when measurements were taken in our home. Delivery and installers like Austin Beamer and Mike topped off our Martin's experience.

Great process from start to finish. All the store personnel were polite, easy to work with, very clear on their explanations and fulfilling my wishes. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Martin's in Denver, PA was truly exceptional. Our salesman Jere was very knowledgeable and helpful and the hardwood floor installers Sheldon and Josh were absolutely awesome! Sheldon and Josh are truly amazingly skilled, careful, and so thoughtful down to every last detail. It was a pleasure to have them in our home! They are master craftsmen. I can't imagine a more perfect installation experience. Our new wood floors are truly magnificent!
