My visit at McCurley’s for an oil change and check—up was handled professionally, efficiently and addressed all of my concerns. Ryan was solicitous, caring and took care of my needs. Kudos to this young man. Very pleased with the care and attention he took to make sure my needs were met.

Test drove a Forester then an Outback, no questions from Jovani the sales associate. Decided I liked the Outback and picked out the showroom floor model. Came back the next day with my wife, Jovani had the car outside ready to be driven. Jovani answered all of the questions , talked to us like we had been long time friends, we bought the car. Super good experience. Elton also did a great job with the finial side of the purchase.

Becky Simmons, manager, and Elton Hernandez, finance, made the purchasing process so easy. Elton answered all of our questions (my hubby had many) and Elton had great answers for them all. This was my first time buying a new car and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Shelly was so kind, answered all of my questions and more. I had just bought a 2013 Wrx in Seattle and I was driving 1400 miles home to Colorado. 150 miles into the journey, I found myself at the O'Reilly in Yakima, WA with a obd2 sensor telling me I needed camshaft timing sensors that they couldn't get for another 4 days. This was at 630pm on a Thursday night, and I needed to work on Sunday. Needless to say but I was STRESSED. I discovered that there was somehow a Subaru dealership in the town we'd broken down in and called and left a message for help. As soon as they opened the next morning, I believe it was Katie, sorry if I got your name wrong, that called me and told me to come on down and pull it right into the garage. She assured me that she sees these codes all the time and it probably wasn't what it said it was. It ended up being a small valve that is known to fail and not only was I back on my trip within a few hours but I had a piece of mind that the entire inspection sheet was checked green. At a time when I was incredibly stressed, thinking I bought a lemon, wondering how I was going to get home, you guys swopped in and helped out so much! Made me feel confident about my purchase and confident I would get home without any other problems. Thank you so much for rescuing me!

Stewart Subaru is the BEST! I highly recommend them. I had a 2019 Forester (bought from a different, horrible location) that we sadly totaled but I knew I wanted a new one from a new location. They hooked us up with a 2021 Forester Sport. This was the fastest and nicest experience possible.
My boyfriend also owns a Subaru and has come to Stewart Subaru for maintenance/repairs and they have been tremendous to him.

We just bought our second Outback from McCurley and will probably buy from them as long as we are in the market for a Subaru. We live where the snow is deep on our lane in the winter and found these Outback’s have the clearance we need.

Easiest car buying experience we've ever had! No pressure, no back and forth haggling. They delivered what they promised and even put on a new set of tires that we weren't expecting. We will definitely recommend and return in the future.

I've always had great service at this dealership under the former ownership, but I hadn't been there since it changed owners. I started to check my oil level at home, and dropped the cap down into the motor. I couldn't find it to try to get it out, so I called McCurley to see if they could help. The person who answered the phone was sympathetic, and went to ask someone else what could be done. She came back in a few minutes and said I could bring it in and they'd do what they could to get it out for me. I brought it right in, and in a few minutes they were able to get it out and send me on my way, and didn't charge anything. I was very impressed by their helpfulness, and won't hesitate to take it back when I need service!

Always reliable, professional, and trustworthy. Plus, I LOVE the car wash coupons. No one looks forward to having their car serviced, but McCurley makes it easier.

You never know about the service side of things until after the sale so it's a flip of the coin. Really great experience on first Oil change. The counter person greeted me immediately and was eager to make my experience go well. I am glad my wife and I bought our Subaru from McCurley.
