Worked with me on my trailers BS. They did awesome. No matter what the prob. I had they worked with me. the pple here have been amazing worked with me through some hard times and put up with my BS. extremely professional and very nice. I give 5 stars for: 1) putting up with pple like me having a hard time, 2) always being professional, 3) extremely nice meaning making it a friendly atmosphere wether in person or on the phone in another state 4) always answer the phone happy so it makes pple like me calling mad in a good mood. 5) NO ROBOTS JUST REAL PPLE. 6) They'll answer 98% of the time ( no body is perfect) 7) They'll even work with pple out of state. or like me always moving.

This agency has caused my wife and I an incredible amount of stress over the few months we have been with them.
After paying our membership fees (which by way the benefits they say it gives you are near worthless🙄) and that’s not refunded no matter what happens.
We were told we’d have online access to our policies. That never happened even after telling them multiple times we couldn’t access it.
We never got declaration pages until just recently so we could finally see what was actually on our policy just to see that our largest commercial building had never been covered for months. Andy was given the information when we first met and we left that copy with him so this wouldn’t happen.
For the months of duration of no online access and no declaration pages we are notified underwriting will be cancelling our policy and I notified Andy of it right away that I was concerned we didn’t have enough time to reinstate another carrier since it was just a few weeks away. He assured me not to worry. He let it lapse and we had no coverage for TWO WEEKS on top of the one property never being covered to begin with. 🙄
I thought, can it get much worse?
So then we receive another notification for the other policy that it was going to be cancelled and again I notified Andy day of and he said he would take care of it. Deadline comes and passes and we get another notice that it was cancelled due to not receiving response to last notification and I had been driving my vehicle for 6-7 days with no coverage. Then he tells me I didn’t sign a document that was emailed to me at the very beginning and that’s why this all happened. How would I know if I didn’t receive the email, didn’t have declaration pages or online access to even look at my policies?!! Isn’t it the agent’s responsibility to let the client know what they need? I’m not an insurance guy and he assured me that he’s been doing insurance for a “very long time”.
Either way Andy, you’ve got some major organizational problems and maybe too many clients to where I wasn’t important enough for you to pay attention to.
He finally owned up to it after me calling him out for not owning up and now we are going our separate ways with me having paid for incomplete policy coverage and membership fees and a bunch of my time wasted repeating ourselves over and over with no resolution. And to top it off, I still don’t think my first name was ever corrected on my policy. So apparently my name is Brad.
Sure, Andy is a nice guy.
But as a someone told me once, “everyone is a nice guy, but do they get the job done?”.
I don’t recommend Andy Losee and I don’t recommend Farm Bureau Insurance. Yes, everyone makes mistakes, but this was flat out neglect.
