Findlay Kia St George

We had a rather poor experience with a Kia dealer up in Utah County. While we were in town for the new year we decided to give Findlay Kia a look and quickly found a car we loved. They made the whole process super easy and accommodating for my wife and I. We even had our kids with us and there was no pressure even though they were walking around the dealer floor touching some of the cool electric bikes they had on display.

Easton was an amazing rep who promptly followed up and did everything that he promised.

I could not recommend this dealership enough. Super happy with the great car we were able to pick up with our new friends at Findlay Kia.

The buying experience at this dealership was the best I have had. I’m a veteran and they gave me more off the car than I expected and it was straight to the point! No prying for me to add or buy more stuff. Wyatt was my sales person and they were outstanding and you should ask for them! 10 stars if I could.

These guys respected our timeline and didn’t try to rush a purchase. We chatted with a couple salespeople and they all respected their colleagues rather than trying to sneak our attention from one another. They were helpful with our questions and gave us space to discuss our decision. When we buy our next car (again, we weren’t pressured), we’ll be coming to this team.

Dan Cummings was awesome, the reason I stayed with Findlay and ordered my Sportage hybrid. He has been very patient through the process. He installed my cross bars and helped me adjust them to what I wanted. He spent over 1/2 hr in the car with me at delivery getting intriduced to all the functions and setting things up to my preferences. He also set up my phone when we adjusted the cross bars.
Shae was also very thorough and helpful with the financing.
I know I'll have more questions and folks at Findlay will help me!

Alec Ferguson, of the service department was really helpful and saved my budget. The car needed a fuel pressure regulator, which was covered by the 5 year basic warranty. However, I was on the very last day of the 5 year contract. He made the calls to the right people and got it done without costing me a penny. Could have been close to $2 grand! Thank you Alec and Findlay KIA!

They were on time got the oil change done very quickly, they kept everything very clean. they gave us a car wash card to get the car cleaned without even having to ask for it. they seem to have a bunch of new people there and those that we met were very nice and helpful

Findlay Kia of St. George is a clean facility. The Customer Service Center is well stocked with amenities to comfort an owner while waiting for the service to be completed on their vehicle. I saw 3 different service people come into the Waiting Area to retrieve their waiting owner. Each one of them clearly and respectfully explained to the individual owner the procedure(s) done to remedy the failing vehicle. When they were finished explaining the had the customer sign the paperwork and proceed to pick up their vehicle.

I will definitely go back Findlay Kia for future services needed.

From salesman Easton Edwards through each person beyond, everyone was friendly and eager to help me find the car that best fit my needs. At one point the first car I looked at wasn't quite what I wanted. I needed additional time to research their other offerings. No problem! Come back when you're ready. I ended up ordering a Shortage Hybrid so I could get just what I wanted. During delivery Easton made sure I was familiar with all the buttons and electronics available. Financial options were clearly stated but not pushed. Having purchased over 25 cars in my lifetime, and finance manager Mitch MacArthur was readily one of the most friendly and professional I've dealt with. At no time did I feel any pressure that is typical of many dealers. Overall a fairly priced product represented by friendly and professional employees.

Service appointment for safety recall. Made appointment online. Showed up for appointment. Greeted promptly. I was told I should wait as it will take less than a half hour. Within a half hour my car was ready to go and the service advisor explained what was done.
They offer soft drinks, coffee, water, and snacks while you're waiting.
I will continue to use their service department.

Service department at Findlay Kia are and have been, one of the most conscientious and customer driven departments I have seen in all the years of my owning cars. I never feel "taken" or abused but rather feel confident I am getting exactly the service I need when I need it. If I have ever had issues with my vehicle from electronics problems, or warning lights that come on, they have taken care of me and my vehicle expertly. If they have discovered something that requires more time to take care of, they even offer me a ride home so I don't have to wait around all day, call an Uber or walk. I really appreciate the personal touch given by Ron and the other team members. Thanks!!

Best car buying experience everrrrrr! Richard warned us other dealers were tacking on an extra 10-15k for the Kia Carnival and I totally didn’t believe him. I did my homework and he was absolutely right! Vegas Kia tacked on an extra 13k to their online price! We got our Carnival for the price listed and didn’t feel the need to argue or negotiate because we know we got such a good deal. Customer service is excellent! They know their stuff and can explain every little button and feature on your new car. Absolutely would 100% buy from Findlay Kia again.

Mike is easily the best car salesman we have ever worked with. Entire process was smooth, great communication, and found us the perfect car.

Awesome service, great price, amazing staff. We told them what we wanted and they went out and found it. They didn't try to push what they had on a lot. Was really refreshing. And we ended up with exact car we wanted Dogs for ready and the price they quoted was exact..

We purchased a used Telluride. We've bought a lot of vehicles before, but this experience was one of the best. Our salesperson, Tyson, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. We settled on a fair price and the finance process was quick and efficient. We were offered options to choose from with clear explanations and no games if we didn't want them. This was our first experience with Findlay, and it certainly was a good one. Highly recommended.

GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE!!!🙌🏼Amazing dealership!! Our engine light came on and started blinking as we were passing through so we had to stop driving the car immediately until it was fixed. Unfortunately, it was Saturday and we had to wait until Monday for the service department to open :( but when it did, we met with Renate and she was so so amazing!! She was so helpful and explained everything, making sure we knew exactly what was going on! They were so amazing to fit us in their busy busy schedule, make sure we could resolve all issues and get back on the road again as quick as possible. I wish this specific dealership was in my hometown! Most places nowadays just want to get the job done quick and get paid, but not this dealership. They strive to provide amazing customer service and actually care to help you! They really helped us out and we are so grateful for Renate and the service guy!!
