Very slow

Worst experience of my life…I have never experienced such horrible discrimination in my life. We worked with Silvia Garcia who came off nice at first. She seemed like she had our interest as a priority. We later discovered that she just wanted to close quickly and manipulated the buyers into not upholding their side of the deal. She was lying to both parties, and sharing personal information to the other parties. She made a three way phone call and didn’t realize it, and she was begging the buyers to push us to leave earlier than what was agreed upon. When she was confronted by both parties she acted wild, got upset, and grabbed the keys from us and took off. We will never use John L Scott on any future sells or buys if this is what they are teaching their realtors is ethical behavior. I truly hope no one else behaves in the same manner as Silvia Garcia did with us.

The sale of my home was conditional on finding a replacement. Did not matter to them just wanted to sell my home, get their commission. Then possibly find me something in a worse neighborhood or in worse condition. If I had followed the realtors advice I would have been in a worse situation.

I requested to be removed from their mail list and 2 years later they are still hitting me up thirsty as hell. Just remove me from your mailing list.

Their commercial realtors aren’t honest and lack a good work ethic. Wasted my time when I asked 5 times specifically if a certain proposal would be acceptable. Was told each time yes. Ran 3 general contractors through a building, have experience in construction myself. They refused to be honest about the condition of the building and were intentionally hiding facts they knew about the condition and were providing false analysis for the market ability of the building. Building was not financially capable by bank standards and a lawsuit was still present on another building. They keep changing the active and inactive of the building to try and fool people in fact I came back months later with a realtor whom also confirmed whether they would actually consider the offer again. Completely lied and again wasting everyone’s time. Their realtors could be replaced by an AI and do probably a better job. Tried comparing a fully functional building to a not up to workable codes and with lawsuits on it as if it was even remotely capable of that market comparison which is just blatantly manipulative.
