I just got a puppy and went through the pet supplies. I found the supplies were great and spent less on the puppy toys than the pet stores. The are as good as the ridiculous priced things I got from the pet stores too.

Love this store great customer service. The store has a variety of products and very high quality produce. The deli section has the best flavored fried chicken and you can order ahead for a large order, also they do party trays. They have the best tasty bakery.

I ordered 100 pieces of chicken from the deli and they had just packed it up when I arrived. The gentleman brought the two boxes around to my cart and was very cordial. Always a good shopping experience there. Thank you.

I used to work here years ago.... But unfortunately I don't even shop here hardly anymore.

The store is always clean and has a nice, quiet atmosphere. I've hardly ever waited in line. The produce is fresh and if high quality.

They're always kind & courteous. I come in here often & they always make me feel welcome. The store is always clean & Kim, the night Mgr, is awesome.

Best Grocery shopping experience I have ever experienced. Went shopping for flowers and a card for my Grandmother’s birthday, not only was my Cashier DeAnne patient and helpful she made sure I had everything I needed before I left. This is by far the friendliest Safeway I have ever been to in all of Washington. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Shelves a little light, but found what I needed. I am a great cashier and I have a friendly personality 👍😎 tonight I found everything I wanted and went through the self check out. I rocked and was so courteous I was helpful

In my opinion this is one of the best Safeways I love the store manager she's awesome. The younger girls that work at the Starbucks are awesome too they're very helpful. Also the night manager with the long hair I think his name is shane, he's awesome he is such a big help every time I go in there.

They are good stores but one was pretty bare of product

This was the best Safeway I have been to in Yakima. Very clean, well organized, fully stocked with everything you need. Also this is a huge Safeway, I will definitely be shopping in this store over any others. Customer Service was awesome too!

Found everything I needed. The employees were helpful, as always if I couldn't find something. Store was clean, well organized & had enough checkers. Having enough checkers has been an ongoing problem for years in the Nob Hill store. Now that they bought Albertsons, the one on 16th Ave always seems to have enough help. I always felt sorry for the employees at the Nob Hill store because they were over-worked & frustrated. They never expressed this to customers though. I just knew after being in customer service myself. Maybe it's better now.

Always clean and staff is always professional yet make me feel like part of a family. The prices are within my budget and produce is always fresh. Keep up the excellent work.

Really enjoy the changes in the store. Adding the Starbucks will be a plus for us. Having the patio items will be a plus also. We were glad the seating area was added and room to enjoy our coffee and treat.

Went here to get my 12 year old vaccinated. They were so nice. Looked up her insurance for me and joked with my daughter since she was a little worried about the shot.

For a quick last minute place this store had food ideas I needed also Starbucks yup love my green ☕.so yeah this place has friendly people and happy new year years
