AT&T Store

I went in for an update and it went amazing, I was helped by Mia and she gave me so many options. She is a great associate and made my experience a great one, glad I chose AT&T.

Great customer service. Went in to upgrade and the girls made it very easy. Was in and out with everything I needed.

They got right on my problem and gave us a number to call they checked ot and realized we didn't make those calls and took it off our bill

You know, I read the reviews for the local stores in Yakima and this location had the best rating.
They were in deed very helpful, quick and willing to take the extra steps for superior customer service.

We had a complicated problem with my account which John knowledgeably, doggedly, and politely solved. Left with the additional line we needed, a better plan, and a lower bill! The store was crowded but he impressively multi-tasked so the waiting could have been worse. Later I spoke to Omar on the phone with a follow-up question and he was also very helpful and polite. ATT, look here for people to promote!

The ladies at the Yakima Ave branch really know their stuff and got me in and out without any troubles. I can’t stand getting new devices and they made it fun for me...even dug deep for accessories that I liked. Very much appreciated their personal touch. But I don’t want you all to go there because I LOVED the quick service and I didn’t have to wait!

We were treated fairly and honestly. All our questions were answered. we got upgraded service and phones and they were able to keep our monthly bill the same. It is obvious that AT&T Employees are taught to do the best they can for the customers. :)

Went to 2 other at&t before we went to this one and happy we did. We were looking for a certain phone in a certain color and the other two at&ts didnt have it. Isabel was amazing to work with and help with so much things. She was really nice and explained everything really well. This will be my at&t from now on. Thank your Isabel for all your help!

I had an excellent experience setting up my new phone. Rosemary was extraordinary in her helping with new ideas and service plans to accommodate my iPhone’s deadness. I hesitate to write a full review prior to my bill but the initial help was excellent. Thank you.
