Fairview Catering made my 30th birthday party exceptional. I got so many compliments on the food! I did the picnic option for my outdoor 30th birthday in my front lawn and it was the perfect option. I will definitely be using them again for my events in the future.

We used Fairview Catering for our casual wedding reception in June 2023. The process from start to finish was made easy thanks to Shanon and all the staff. The venue was on the very edge of their service area however, they welcomed the travel since it was within their stated range. Unfortunately I was too busy to eat during the event, but the feedback we received from our guests was all positive. We had over 200 guests and there was plenty of food for everyone. We will be using their services again in the future.

We used them for our wedding and they were wonderful! So helpful in the planning as well as excellent service and delicious food!

Just over one week ago Shanon of Fairview Catering served up an incredible menu of 4 different entrees along with all the sides, salads and desserts at our Emmaus High School Class of 1970's twice-delayed 50th Year high school reunion picnic at the Emmaus Community Park. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Prior to the buffet Shanon's staff also butlered a variety of tasty appetizers for the first hour or so. Shanon was very accommodating and probably spent several hours of her time discussing menu options and logistics over the months and weeks leading up to the reunion. I can say with confidence that there was not one complaint about the food from any of the 200+ guests at the event and that's saying something. Thank you Shanon and your staff for helping to make our celebration the most memorable one yet!

From the moment I met Bob, he was kind and easy to work with, even after I changed the location of my event. The food was delicious, and the staff awesome-- all of my guests made a point of telling me how nice they were. I used Fairview for my husband's birthday, I chose the clambake and what a great decision. I could not be happier with the service. I will definitely be using them again, and

This place never ceases to amaze me. The cook is great. The server.... Let's leave it at the cook is great. I love these soft tacos that are fried.there is a small parking lot but it can get full. Usually park on the road near the front.wings are also good. Ask for garlic wings if you love garlic. The price of the menu is reasonable. The place is small inside and. An get packed. The men's room can get rather cold and you could get frostbite.

Just had Fairview catering, at my daughters baptism. They were awesome. So nice, easy to work with. The food was amazing. All of my guests loved it! They had the food displayed nicely and kept it warm and covered for us, would definitely use again for our next party!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Shannon was very accommodating to what I needed for my party. She was also prompt in answering questions and getting back to me. I will definitely use Fairview again in the future.

We used Bob and Fairview Catering for our wedding May 1. We cannot say enough good things about them. From our first meeting with Bob to the day of the event, Fairview was friendly, easy to work with, affordable, and extremely knowledgeable/experienced.

Our guests could not say enough good things about the delicious food, and how pleasant the staff was.

I would just like to say how amazingggggggg it was to work with Shannon!!! She was absolutely incredible!!!!! She did my wedding just this past September 11 and the food was amazing! The servers were amazing…the service was amazing!!! The setup all the way to the cleanup ..packing up everything just everything was truly truly incredible!!! I would without a doubt absolutely recommend Fairview to anyone!!!!!!!! It was an incredible experience with them!!!!! Very smooth from the very start! Super affordable! Great communication! And everything was just perfect!!!! From the start to the finish! HIGHLY recommend using them!!! Awesome awesome awesome!!! Experience!!!!!

Fairview provided excellent BBQ fare for my daughter’s graduation party! Plentiful portions, great taste, and excellent service! Will definitely recommend and use again!

I always enjoy this place. They have great food at a reasonable price. The cook is always friendly when she brings the food out. This place is a great place to go for food and good priced alcohol. The place is small and can get packed; however, we have never had to wait long for our food.

Top 3 Steak Sandwich in the Lehigh Valley. Excellent soups, especially Manhattan Clam Chowder. $1 tacos on Tuesday and 50 cent wings on Wednesday. You cannot go wrong!

June 22, 2019, the class of 1966 from Parkland High School had these great guys cater an all day clambake for us. The food was wonderful! Alot of food, all great! Clams were great. The whole bake was Great !!! If you are looking for someone to cater an event, call these guys!

Would highly highly recommend Fairview catering for any event!! They were able to cater our wedding on July 4th on short notice and it was just wonderful. The food was excellent, and the owner Bob was awesome!! We will definately be using their services for future parties!

This place has great food for reasonable prices. The service is exceptional as well. I especially recommend the steak pizza, the chili cheese hotdogs and the california cheese burgers. But everything is good. Try it!

Awesome.... I drove down for a quick to go of the specials and they were awesome. If I can keep my teenage sons out of it I will have leftovers for work. Great Value in GREAT food
