For over 5 years, we have maintained a bundled home and auto package with The Loomis Company. Our three vehicles are insured by Loomis, and throughout this time, we have experienced seamless service without encountering any issues. When we switched from Erie, Loomis saved us hundreds of dollars providing the same coverage. Recently, Judy and Danielle provided awesome customer service and promptly helped us replace a cracked windshield. We highly recommend their insurance for reliable home and auto coverage.

Absolutely the best customer service I have had in years. I worked with an "insurance broker" to obtain a month of coverage in between jobs and the broker did not follow back up with LOOMIS to cancel it. I was charged an extra month on my credit card and their customer service went above and beyond to help me out. I truly felt the customer services rep was advocating for me and after a few calls he resolved the issue. They did NOT have to help me out, but did, and I really appreciated it.

My parents, my husband, my sister and I all go through Loomis company for our car insurance. They always have the friendliest staff that helps us get the lowest quote for car insurance. For the people who are complaining about them in the reviews above , you clearly don't understand that this is not an insurance company, but rather an insurance broker who deals with all types of insurances and finds the best one for you. Never had a problem with them!

I read some bad reviews on Loomis and I wanted to say I give it 5 stars. I can't believe they have receive bad reviews. I experienced the best customer service when I called the other day. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgable and extremely nice. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

I have been with this company for years my husband and my kids also use them for car,homeowners and rental insurance have had nothing but great service! Danielle always helps right away and believe me with three teenagers she had her work cut out for her and anytime she wasn't in the office the other employees were nothing but helpful! Thank you! !!
