Rite Aid

I have always found the staff at this store to be friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is excellent. The pharmacists have always taken their time to answer my question. I have been coming to this Rite Aid for over 20 years.

The pharmacists are always helpful and personable. They are knowledgeable.The staff is freindly and are ready to answer my questions. I have also thanked them individually to let them know that I appreciate their service.

Beth and Theresa in the Pharmacy are so helpful and friendly!! I needed help with something and without hesitation, they fixed the issue.
The girls that were working the front registers were extremely helpful and nice.
I have always had a good experience in this Rite Aid. Highly recommend!

This Pharmacy is a night and day difference from the Perkiomen Ave one... The guy running it at night time is always so quick to get perscriptions filled and so polite to deal with.

This store used to be great. Now they do not answer the phone all day. They request information from you advising you to call them with the information but no one answers the stupid phone.

I stopped in to pick up my 5 year olds ear drop prescription and it was not ready. They told me to come back later. When I returned it was ready but the pharmacist was on a lunch break and had to approve my insurance. So they told me to come back later. When I go back in for the 3rd time today hopefully they won't tell me to come back later! Terrible service and be prepared to wait a while or "come back later!"
