We recommend it 100%. Today we visited an excellent place in Lititz, Pennsylvania at Olio Olive Oils & Balsamics shop. The experience was unique. We tested different flavors and was sufficient to buy 8 olives oils's bottles. Thank you so much Mr. Joe Desimone for showing us your family business and being so kind and nice. Great oil and vinegar shop.

While no other product is as useful as garlic olive oil, we do like to pick up some other fun flavors.

It is very helpful that you can try before you buy.

What a great shop for people who enjoy good food. The staff was incredibly helpful letting us taste, talk, and enjoy the search for just the right olive oil, balsamic blend, and spice that elevates even simple foods we make at home. The spaghetti squash we made tonight was never better.

Olio’s never ending , intriguing line of Olive Oils will remain a staple in my kitchen. Not only do they offer amazing products, but the crew are top notch as Pete helped me jump my car in the 20° weather on his lunch break. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

My boyfriend and I had the best experience at Olio! The owners (father and son) are friendly and very helpful. They encouraged us to sample everything and even made a few custom combinations for us to try. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

My aunt and I popped in while spending our fall trip in Lititz. We were greeted by a kind gentleman and ended up purchasing the parmesan with herbs olive oil. It smells delicious! I just put it in roasted potatoes with salt, pepper, fresh parmesan and rosemary; I cannot wait until it is ready to come out of the oven :) I am pleasantly surprised to see that they ship since I live in Georgia :D

I love Olio! My family and I have been patrons since my parents moved to Littiz back in 2013. Their olive oils are delicious - garlic and red chili is a personal favorite! I tried out their online delivery for the first time this week to order a gift for my sister and the package was ordered, gift wrapped (without me asking - extremely thoughtful), shipped, and delivered within 2 business days. So impressed!

Top notch stuff here. They'll answer your questions and explain what you need to know about good olive oil and basalmic vinegar. The owner is very helpful and even introduced us to his neighbor German Shepherd ,Tank . Thank you.

Still 2 years later and we don't buy olive oil from anyone else anymore. They know what they're doing here. I suggest sampling to find what you like. They have one in a blue bottle from Spain I absolutely love. Save me some.

Great selection! We use many of these in a wide variety of recipes. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We are HUGE fans of the quality and variety of products at this store. The service is even better - and that's saying a lot! Joe and his staff encourage guests to taste a wide range of oils and vinegars. We tend to end up buying a variety and enjoy pairing specific ones with new recipes I make at home. At this point, we've narrowed down our selections to ones that we have shipped to our home so we can enjoy the rest of our visits to other Lititz shops. Try it - you'll like it!

Definitely the place to go if you want real balsamic vinegar and olive oils...and they have A LOT of them! Staff is very helpful, and they will help you pair flavors and find things based on your taste (you can sample things before you buy). It's great to have a specialty store like this in the area. Obviously, expect things to be on the pricier side. However, I can say at least for the balsamic a little goes a long way!

As an award winning Chef, I can tell You That this place is special, Very special, and the Best You’ll find in the area, the selection of flavors is unparalleled, as well as the Limitless Options, and Pairing recipes, not to mention tasting samples Helps their exceptional product sell itself, Rosemary and Paul were in the store today and let me tell You, Paul was Very Friendly, And Rosemary couldn’t have been more special, I had a friend who came in from out of town From Philadelphia, and Rosemary was simply the Best, She had so many nice suggestions and Offerings and Helped us buy way more than we’ll ever use, I’m a Chef, and My Friend is on Television, but we both Blog a lot about Our At Home Cooking Experiences, And Will be enjoying these Great Products for a long time to come, I’ve already posted on My Social telling everyone they have to Visit Your Store, But Thanks again Rosemary, You Made a Memorable experience even more special, I hope your company knows what an asset you are and what a great face, personality, and Knowledgeable sales associate Has out there working with their public because You truly couldn’t have been better, or more enjoyable!

P.S. to the customer base out there, these syrupy balsamics are already very reduced, a lot of low grade Balsamics aren’t reduced and are very watery, which shows Of Olio’s Quality, selling a Much better product Thats already been reduced and lost a lot of the water Through evaporation instead of selling it to the customer!, so while generally speaking, the average Vinegarette recipe is one part balsamic to two parts Oil, a lot of theirs at Olio are suggested at a 50/50 ratio, which means You’ll really practically double the life of each bottle you buy Here when You figure every Equal sized Bottle of Oil Doubles the mileage out of Each bottle of Your Balsamic! Their White Balsamics are Spectacular, their Thicker, Dark Balsamics too (I think the fruity and the nutty flavors are done very well!), Even the Olive Oil that comes in Flavors like Blood Orange, When combined with Flavors like Champagne Balsamic make for the single best salad dressing I’ve ever tasted and can’t wait to try! Be sure to pick up a bottle of each! (At least!)

So unique and wonderful! Had such a great time tasting everything. Super friendly staff. Whole family loves this shop - even the 10 year old! Hope to be able to come back again soon.

I discovered Olio a few years ago and it has become the only balsamic and olive oil company that i buy from. The quality of there balsamic and olive oils are excellent. Better than any I’ve bought from in the past. Even though I cant visit the store as often as i would like, I do my purchasing by mail order. It’s definitely worth the money. The quality is fantastic. The staff is wonderful as well. Definitly worth the trip to Pa. Such a pleasant atmosphere also,

Every time I go to Lititz I stop in. So many different flavors of balsalmic and olive oils, can spend all day tasting them all. Very helpful staff, great prices, clean little shop, one of my favs

I’ve not been to their store as I don’t live near enough to make runs there for their delicious balsamic vinegars but I’ve been purchasing my orders online and get very good service. Their website is easy to navigate and order from and have a rewards program. Their flavor infused balsamic vinegars come in a wide variety of flavors and make my salads taste even more exceptional. My personal favorite is raspberry. I’ll expand my orders to their flavor infused olive oils next. That’s all I use for my salad dressings.

We stopped in yesterday to sample and had a wonderful experience. All the workers are so friendly and helpful. I would have bought everything if I could. Highly recommend!
