Turkey Hill Minit Market

I have been using this gas station since I moved to Lititz in 2019 . I live back there in Newport commons. Workers inside are very courteous. You can find a lot of snacks.

My review doesn’t single out a particular person or experience because my entire experience with this store since I moved just down the street 5 years ago has been amazing. They’re not just providIng GREAT customer service, they’re taking the time to engage each customer in a personal manner which is a lost commodity nowadays. I’ve been so impressed with how well the team there treats difficult customers with so much patience and grace. Personally, I hate any kind of trip to the store, but I can’t deny that I look forward to seeing my local Turkey Hill. I only hope the powers that be at the corporate office are taking as good of care of them as well they are of us because they have a diamond in the rough with this location and it’s a direct result of the people on the front lines of service here! I’m a fan!

The employees are awesome! One must remember that the staff doesn’t control out of stocks, or shortages. The people there are as kind as they can be under the circumstances of a poorly put together company.

the NICEST people work here!!! I left my wallet on the counter, came back in a frantic search for it some hours later to find it was being held safely by the manager - untouched - they even gave me a free slushie for having had such a stressful time of it. Thank God there are still such good people in the world!!

Staff here has always been courteous and cool. Late night staff has just the right attitude, somehow taking a corporate facility and making it just so grounded and local. I like these people.

It's nice cleaner then some Turkey Hills I been, the prices everywhere you go are the same sometimes a bit slow at register but Im going to give benefit of doubt it's the computer(register)that might be given them this problem

I get my gas there all the time. Its usually a few cents higher than my old one. My old one (is like 10 minutes away from this one) but it serves its purpose.
