Benji's Roofing

We had a Great Experience with Benji's Roofing! He even got rid of the old TV satilite dish that i didn't know was there! My Husband & I Love the Bright Copperpenny color!

We like to use local small businesses as much as possible, and Benji's is definitely that. Benji himself did our initial inspection and oversaw the work of a 3-man crew. He mentioned only employing one other, I think. Their work was efficient, thorough, and very timely. We were impressed with Benji's company.

The long version: We initially called Benji's because our insurance company wanted the roof of our new house inspected within so many days of purchase. Of the quotes we got for just a roof inspection, Benji's was the lowest, and Benji himself was out the next day to conduct the inspection. He wrote up what we needed for insurance and offered to service the roof to buy us a couple more years, which we took him up on.

At that time, Benji also provided an estimate for the entire roof installation. We decided to move forward with replacing the whole thing, so we got one more estimate from another company to compare, but it wasn't even a close decision. Again, Benji's estimate was lower AND it was itemized down to not just the products they'd be using, but even the brands of the products they would use. We knew exactly where our money would be going.

Work started on our roof within the following week. Benji's crew were friendly, professional, efficient hard workers, and Benji himself stopped by to check in on the work multiple times per day. They handled unfortunate surprises (thunderstorm + bee hive) like champs. When our weather vane broke, Benji got us a new one, even sent me pictures from the store to pick which one we wanted, and installed it. They even replaced the shingles on our cupola to match the rest of the roof.

Overall, we are happy with the professionalism of Benji and his crew, the timeliness of the job, and quality of the work. Our new roof looks great and will hopefully last a long, long time.

Benji did a fantastic job replacing our roof. He was very thorough and fixed part of the roof that was leaking. Our gutters needed cleaning and he didn’t hesitate to get that done. We checked around for pricing and he was by far the most reasonable with the best results. Would definitely recommend him and have already shared his business card with a potential customer.

I cannot recommend Benji’s Roofing strongly enough. He came out for a simple inspection, but we asked him to quote a new roof as well. His services for the inspection impressed us so much that we didn’t hesitate to give him the roof replacement job. His quote was fair but we got another estimate anyway - and he was significantly lower.
He told us what to expect and a timeline and delivered on both EXACTLY as he said he would. The work was done on time, cleanup was thorough, the price was exactly as quoted, and he made sure we were satisfied before taking our check.

I contacted Benji to repair the flashing around some vent pipes on my metal roof. He came out to assess the issue and quickly and professionally repaired it. He even gave me some tips to address some other issues I had come across on my roof. I will definitely use him again for any roof repairs or replacements.

Benji's fixed a leak in our roof. We called and he was out the next day. Price was what he had quoted over the phone. We asked for a quote on a new roof and he obliged, as we knew we would need to have a new one in the near future. Cheaper than the other guys. No problems since. Fast, friendly and professional. I have reccomended him to my friends and family.

Benji is very efficient and responsive to the customers request. He came out same day and worked on storm damage that needed repaired. He is willing to work with you in regards to your roofing requests. Most roofers are in the mind frame of, my way or the highway, Benji is not that type of person.
He is very kind and very polite and more than happy to please his customers. He was willing to give up family time to help me on the weekend, which was fantastic. This says a lot about a persons character.
