Blouch's Mobil Mini-Mart

This is by far the best papa johns I’ve ever been too. The service was kind and the pizza was made so quick and fast. This is by far the golden standard for a papa john. Better pizza. Better ingredients. Papa friggin John.

Great place to get your fuel

The customer service at Blouch's Mini Mart on Rt. 72 is basically gone. You no longer can get a simple thank you from many of the people that work behind the counter. As someone who grew up knowing the Blouch Family reputation for customer service it has dropped off dramatically over the years and appears to be worse everyday. A simple thank you for your patronage use to be a requirement to hold employment.

They sell lottery out of a machine and I take my moms tickets there now and then to cash them and they never have money to cash them! Dif times of day and I'm told no. Should not sell lottery if always doing 'drops' so no moneys In the drawer, to cash people out.

My husband and I used to be frequent customers of this store. We lived less than a mile away and both worked nearby, so this was our go-to convenience store. The employees were always very friendly yet professional. Even though we no longer live nearby, my husband would stop on his way home from work and I would stop on my way to Lebanon just because I prefer to support local businesses and enjoyed chatting with the employees.
Since changing hands recently, customer service and store cleanliness has rapidly declined. I’m also fairly certain my husband’s debit card was compromised there since it has changed has-in the store, not at the pump.
I will no longer be a customer-I will stop at other convenience stores with better customer service and cleaner facilities.
