BEWARE! Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro

The AG’s office alleges that the businesses skirted enhanced inspections required of totaled vehicles to ensure their safety returning to the road, and in some cases the vehicles in question never even entered Pennsylvania. Several had been stolen from other states and their vehicle identification numbers removed or altered, the statement says.

“They gamed the system and put consumers at risk to rack up millions of dollars in illegal profits,” said Shapiro, Pennsylvania’s governor-elect.

The Allentown businesses charged are J&J Car and Truck Sales on South 4th Street and MP Notary and Tags on Hamilton Street.

Dealer Vitalii, young guy was selling a vehicle "One owner, no accidents, clean Car Fax". Took deposit for a car. After running VIN number, we found out it Had accidents on it, 4 previous owners and milage was much higher than the car was shown. Milage on the car was rolled back. After contacting dealer Vitalii, he send some photos from random web site and than refused to return deposit, and stoped answering calls.
