U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lebanon

Have rented a trailer several times now, check in online makes it easy and I’m usually hooked up and leaving within 5 minutes.

Rented a motorcycle trailer. I have had negative experiences with U-Haul in general in the past. But, nothing but good things to say this time. It was quick and painless. The gentleman helping me out was professional and kind.

The store itself was great, the store manager was awesome and refunded us just about all our money due to an issue that had nothing to do with the store! But U-Haul customer service as a company in general TERRIBLE!!!! Don't bother trying to get anyone on the phone who knows what they are doing. You don't get to talk to the store direct you talk to people at a call center and they are absolutely horrible and don't know how to do a single thing!!

I needed some mattress bags, but my size was not in stock. To my surprise, a delivery was in progress and my items were somewhere in that delivery. Kudos to Ryan, Reed and Brett for going through the pallet and finding my items. Friendly guys, quick service. Thanks

Called to rent a truck on moving day. Wrong thing to do, so call ahead to reserve!! But they said they would call if they got one in and they did. Finally someone who does what they say they'll do. Very nice guys!!

Great experience and very courteous staff. I’m and out quickly with the equipment we rented.

Staff was helpful and friendly, got me taken care of quickly and on my way.
