Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT)

I've only been here twice. I've never had a bad experience at any of the locations. I've been at 4 different ones. On my travels I stop at the closest one.

I really was confused and surprised to see these negative reviews for this branch.I just felt led to leave my opinion to offset theirs.In the 5+ yrs Ive had my direct deposit checking account at this branch,Ive never had a bad experience with anyone,other than one unknown unprofessional guy who laughed at me from the back office during a request for a 500 dollar loan.All of the women who work there have treated me with the utmost dignity and respect.Just saying...

This is a good bank, but bad location.

My experience these last few months has been less than stellar. Long waits at the counter with staff who have to ask others for help. “Bank with a smile?” Not visible in the Lebanon branch.

I highly don’t recommend banking or getting a loan through Jonestown Bank. They are the worst bank I have ever had to do business with. They have lied, ignored, treated customers with disrespect and handle situations unprofessional. Susan in the loan/collections department is the worst at customer service I have ever received. They don’t deserve one star but I had to share my review

The absolute worst bank. Once I get my direct deposit changed, I will be closing my account here.

This is a front for scam artists. If you work for this bank you are horrible scam artist. Make paying loans eaisier

Management is awful. This is the closest branch to my house, but I refuse to bank there. I'll drive out of my way to bank at another location. I would also select less than one star if it were an option.

Customer service sucks! The absolute worst. Just pulled all my accounts from them. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
