Dr. Galindo and his staff are amazing! He described the upcoming surgery and was willing to answer any questions I had. Ella just came home and she is doing great! The staff was very professional and kind as well. I spoke with Jenn and Kendra the most and they are both excellent . Highly recommend Galindo Veterinary Surgery and Orthopedics!

Dr. Galindo had been recommended to us by friends who spoke very highly about Dr. Galindo, the staff and the facility. Two TPLO surgeries later for us and we can say the same. The staff greeted us warmly and explained everything clearly and with compassion. Dr Galindo spent time explaining and answering all of our questions. He also told us what our dog would experience and what he does to calm and comfort the animals while they’re in his care. I felt better leaving knowing I was leaving her with a doctor and staff who really care. Our dog had a full and successful recovery from her first surgery and is doing quite well so far, just 2 days after surgery on the other knee.

Dr. Galindo was referred by my vet for surgery to remove a lypoma on our Doberman’s leg. The staff are very polite and friendly. Dr. Galindo explained the situation and procedure to me in terms I could understand. I was surprised when Dr.
Galindo called after the surgery to update us on her status. I thought it would be his staff. We even received a called from the night nurse letting us know how she was doing. I recommend Dr. Galindo without reservation.

Dr. Galindo and his staff are FANTASTIC! I have always heard stressful outcomes of ACL surgery, but my experience was so smooth, informative, thorough and comforting. They got us in within a week (I’m sure they can’t always accommodate that quickly just so anyone reading this has realistic expectations as I don’t know what their wait is usually like, we might have just been lucky) and me and my fear aggressive cockapoo were treated with such love and kindness. We are 4 months out and my guy is almost as good as new! My dog is my baby and I’m so glad I trusted Dr Galindo for his care. Highly recommend!

Where to even begin… this practice saved my mini Aussie at 5 months after she suffered a horrible tibial fracture. I was devastated as it was my first fur baby. I did extensive research on who to take her to and multiple vets had recommended this place. Every 5 star review on this page is MORE than true! The office inside was extremely clean. The staff immediately welcomed me and made me feel comfortable in such a vulnerable time. I don’t have the pleasure of working with animals, but I do work in hospital and can say without a doubt this practice is exactly where you would want to take your animal. A well oiled machine. Dr. Galindo is a true professional, very concise, thorough, and knowledgeable. He truly does what’s best for you and your animal. Takes the time to review imaging, explain what’s going on, and answer questions. His day and nighttime nurses, Kayla and Brittany were incredible. So accommodating and never upset at the multiple calls for check ups or explaining questions I had. I never once felt like I didn’t know what was going on and was always given clear expectations. Her surgical consult and surgery were same day, Dr. Galindo called me immediately after and updated me on how it went and what was done. Later his night nurse Brittany called and updated me. I was allowed to call her throughout the night for updates. To say I am impressed is an understatement. There are no words to describe how grateful and appreciative I am of every single person in this office. Because of this office my dog will live a happy and fulfilling life with all 4 legs! Yes you pay more… but there’s always a reason. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Galindo and everyone there who helped with Sedona.

Took such care of our little Fern Gully, who needed corrective surgery on her leg. Staff and Dr. were kind, informative and passionate about providing care. I would recommend this clinic to any pet parent!!!!

My dog was misdiagnosed by Metro and a year later I took her to Galindo. January 2023 my lab/border collie mix, Sky, had her left knee repaired. She recovered and was doing great! Then she tore her other knee. June 2023, she just went into surgery for her right knee. The staff is amazing and truly treats your pet like it's their own! Dr. Galindo is honest, trustworthy, and you can tell he loves animals. The surgery is explained in detail and the staff is always there to answer questions. I would recommend this surgeon to everyone that needs an orthopedic doctor!

The surgery went really well. He was walking on that knee again the next morning. I love that they offer same day surgery, and that they kept him overnight with a nurse there the whole time to watch him as he came down off the anesthesia. The TPLO may have been more expensive than the lateral sutures, but it was 100% worth it, as Dr. Galindo said it would be. Parker's back to himself and recovering so well! Thank you Dr Galindo!

The service was absolutely fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Galindo is very caring for the animals. Unfortunately, our dog needed an amputation and he explained the process well and made us feel like we made the right decision. Very clean facility and sent me a picture of our dog after surgery. That was a very nice surprise. Highly recommend this vet!!

Really can’t say enough about how great everyone at Dr. Galindo’s office was throughout our dog’s TPLO surgery and his recovery. Dr. Galindo is an incredible vet and really cares about the animals and their well-being. He explains everything so well and makes sure you're comfortable with the decisions you're making. His staff was wonderful as well. Everyone there treats the animals like they are their own pets. All of his staff was so friendly and happy to answer any questions and spend as much time as necessary to make sure you're confident in your decision. When you have questions or worries, they’re always there to help settle your mind. If you think your dog needs orthopedic surgery, this would be the first place I would consider. I’m so thankful we found them. This really is a wonderful place that does great work.

Like some others have said, hopefully we don't need to return for any orthopedic surgical services, but we won't go anywhere else if we do.

I was so sad to learn of my 4 month old puppy's Tibial fracture in his leg from play that needed surgery. I was nervous because he was so small and growing quick. My primary Vet sent me to Dr. Galindo as it fell out of their scope of practice. Its hard to see another place that you don't know and trust yet, BUT Dr. Galindo and his AMAZING TEAM made us all feel more than comfortable as their love for animals and passion for what they do were super transparent! Dr. Galindo explained everything to us at every post on visit and did not rush. I was so grateful of the time spent. The staff are all so educated and very professional with each encounter. I must say that the night my pup had to spend in the hospital there was sad for me but I knew he was is good hands. They called me. Bunch to give me a status update and to assure me he was great! I'm so grateful for them and would recommend them to anyone who's pet needs to have a procedure done. Consider them reliable, reasonable and honest!

My 4 year old boxer recently had TPLO surgery on his hind left leg. The surgery was extremely successful. Dr. Galindo and staff are phenomenal. They are prompt, straight to the point, no BS, empathetic, and friendly at every stage of your process.

My pup and I just moved from Colorado, and we could not be any happier we got referred to Dr. Galindo.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Galindo and all of the wonderful people working here. Dr. Galindo is extremely passionate and caring, explained everything in detail and made sure I understood the procedure completely. I felt SOOO comfortable leaving my Molly in the care of Dr. Galindo and his team and was updated regularly on her status. I felt like the team really loved her and cared for her like one of their own dogs. This is the best place to go if your pet needs surgery!!

Dr. Galindo is Amazing!!!!!! I highly recommend him and wouldn't go anywhere else. He performed surgery on my cats fractured elbow. Our local vet relayed to us that they would most likely need to amputate her leg because we waited too long to get her treated. I knew that she would not do well with amputation because she previously had vestibular disease and was very unsteady to begin with. I had previously taken my other cat to Dr. Galindo for ear surgery and he did an amazing job. I decided to take her to see Galindo as well because I knew in my heart that he would be able to help her. He was able to surgically reconstruct her elbow and she is walking and putting weight on it. She is back to her normal self and is doing wonderfully. I can't thank Dr. Galindo and his staff enough!!!! You can tell that they really care about your family pet and they are super friendly and understanding. Dr. Galindo is definitely by far the best there is!!!!!!

I can not say enough how helpful and understanding they were to my situation. My 6yr old pit mix girl leaped from our deck and destroyed her left hind leg. The doctor took time to show me her X-ray's and explain completely how it should be compared to how it actually was. They performed surgery the same day and Dr. Golindo called me right after the surgery to give me updates. He assured me everything was good and that the nurse attending to her over night would call me between 9-11pm to give me another update. I go in to pick her up tomorrow morning to bring her home. I am just so thankful my Evi has such a great care team taking care of her!!! Everyone was extremely caring,understanding and eager to help fix her. Dr Galindo is a gifted surgeon and a compassionate man. The office is run very efficiently . The staff is very friendly. Everything about the office instills confidence. I knew immediately that my dog was in good hands.I highly recommend Dr Galindo and his staff. My dog has made a full recovery from TPLO surgery.

My dog needed TPLO surgery. Staff was professional, attentive, caring and friendly. Dr. Gallindo took the time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. The staff kept me up to date on her status throughout the surgical process.

Surgery was done the same day and Zoey was able to come the following day. 7 weeks out and she is well on her way to a great recovery.

I would use Dr. Gallindo again (although I hope we don't have too. Lol)

We were amazed at the service here. Found them through a Facebook group. Were charged a very reasonable fee (lower than our normal vet charges for a normal visit) for a surgery consultation, then had at least 30 minutes with Dr. Galindo to explain options to us, and he ended up NOT recommending surgery. Unbelievable honesty, and great service from the entire staff. This is the only place I'll go in the future for surgery needs.
