I have been disappointed recently at other dealers with getting financing but they helped me at Thrifty! Kevin was great from the start. Between Dan, Dalton, and Dave the buying experience and post buying experience has been great. Myself being a first time car shopper and the ability to look around and feel no pressure about a purchase was beneficial in making my decision. The price is what they have listed, no one person is treated differently or given special treatment. Everything’s was up front and explained thoroughly, even the minor issues I had with the vehicle were taken care of at time of purchase and later serviced as Thrifty stands by their work and products. Awesome place! When I was looking for a car, they actually popped up. Checked their website and prices seemed pretty reasonable. Took my wife and kids there to go check out a car I liked in person! Typically I hate dealing with sales people because they are always so pushy and out or the sale. Going there expecting the same thing, I got the exact opposite! My sales guy was Dalton and he was really helpful! He didn't bombard me with all the "want to buy right now" questions and tactics ive always been used to. Instead, he made sure the car was comfortable to fit me and my family and gave us a good deal! Super happy with the car and Dalton really hooked it up ! I walked in on a Saturday morning to look at a 2012 Subaru, Michael hooked me and let me take it home 2 hours later. He was super up front about the costs and fine print that sales people usually try to avoid talking about. All in all, it was a great experience, highly recommend buying your next car here!

Very glad that Gina at the dealership arranged for me to come and speak to Dalton. Let him know I was looking for a new or slightly used Toyota RAV4 and the color and features I wanted and he was able to quickly order the car and get me all setup with the paperwork. The fastest car buying process I ever had. Mike was great. Had tires and brakes put on after service department looked over the vehicle (no charge to me). I might of spent an hour or so in the dealership through the whole purchase ( Mike even came to my house and picked me up to finish the purchase process). The days of spending a day at the dealership are over. Thrifty of Coopersburg is my new dealership to deal with.
