Great service, very kind people, very fast service

M&T bank as a whole pays you back very little to hold your money, and has less branches around me now than they used too. They do have some ATMs in less popular stores but I'd rather drive the extra distance for their drive thru ATM. This branch still hasn't repaired their high clearance bar that's been down for several months now...

Wish the Bank was open until 5:00 PM .

People inside are nice enough, but their hours - god awful.

Because this wasn't my branch the Indian lady would not cash my check. Treated me like I was a criminal. Very painful experience. I have been a longstanding member of this bank for 15 years. Exactly why I don't put the bulk of my funds in this Bank.

Worst bank ever. The Indian lady or whatever she is treats you like you’re a criminal when you speak to her, no empathy whatsoever. She is racist & nasty. My account was blocked for 3 days so I had no access to funds and I was told from HER that there was nothing she can do. I spoke with someone else which fixed the issue with no problem. They need to hire better people to represent the company because she’s an absolute nightmare. If you go to this bank good luck speaking with her! I’m glad I no longer bank with this company. They make you go over your whole life history in order to withdrawal YOUR MONEY. It’s awful.

This place is a trainwreck. Teller Deb treats the other staff like garbage. It's slow, arduous, and difficult every time I have been in the place. It's a bank, it should not be this hard.

Needed to close out my mother’s account because she passed away. Called the bank was told I didn’t need an appointment. Went to the bank was asked by teller if I had an appointment. Was told u to ou may have to wait a while. Agent was just talking with someone about personal issues for 25 minutes. Never acknowledged me. Just very rude when I arrived.

Simple cash withdrawal took over 10 minutes. They didn’t send the money until I hit the help button repeatedly.

Don't go here unless you absolutely have to. You'll be treated by rude, snotty cashiers who act like it's a chore to assist customers..... Instead of explaining things to you they'll just reply to you with smarta** answers and send you on your way with no help at all. Needless to say we went to another bank and since have pulled out accounts from there.

Closed inside all the time , drive thru is a nightmare. You would also think u would get a reciept from $20 per check they charge you from but you dont.... Smh ...must be free money
