Pure evil! Took a week to call my mother back after her husband passed away and we left 3 voice mails trying to figure things out and make sure insurance was being paid. They then tried to take advantage of a widow by raising her insurance without notifying her. So we went to another company and got the same exact insurance for a fraction of the price. Sent them proof of insurance 3 times as they kept sending letters asking for it. They have now sent her to collections for $78 dollars that they haven't explained why she would owe, as she has sent them proof she got new homeowners insurance when her policy ended. Pure evil!

never are open on time the hours listed are not the hours they choose to work it takes days to receive a call back your next only option is to go through allstates horrible automated phone service where you eventually get hung up on
