Life Church Allentown

I was prompted to describe my church experience. Mind you I belong to Life Church Nazareth so this was an easy ask. I decided to talk to how amazing it is through a story I posted on FB.

How do I even Start to share this morning? This is probably one of the most amazing days I have seen in such a long time. I have asked God to give me the right words to share. This will probably read as a testimony. Today’s story involves one of my closest friends.

My friend Pat and I have been friends for five years. Through life and other relationships our friendship has always stayed strong. As Pastor Jon said something this morning about coffee. She likes coffee so she has to be a good person. Definitely my interpretation of his words.

Sometime back Pat was talking about her struggles as it applied to religion. She was not getting answers she needed to fill her life. I never felt that I was adept to answer all the questions but I was also a little embarrassed that we never breached the subject. I answered what I could honestly but there was so much more hunger emanating from her that I offered some direction. I gave her all the information for Sisterhood within Life Church in Nazareth. When she started looking into Sisterhood she found that Allentown would be a better fit. She was right. The amazing women there took her in, answered many of her questions and gave her that next step toward our father. They became friends. Supported her along her path.

She continued with both Sisterhood and also attending church at Life Church Allentown. She decided that she wanted to take the next steps and be baptized several weeks back during a baptism service. Something was missing, something she needed to pray on. Today was the next schedule baptism service.

Yesterday she attended the Sisterhood conference and had the opportunity to meet Toni Collier(author of Broken crayons still color). Pat found out Toni was speaking at Allentown today and she asked her if she would baptize her. Toni said yes!!

Today’s events were magnified by Toni’s amazing testimonial. Go deep or go home!

Today I am both humbled and was honored to be asked to be witness to Pat being baptized. Pat’s daughter, Amy, was also there along with her closest friend Cathy and her husband Dennis. What stood out to me the most. Her “girls” as she called them from Sisterhood were all in attendance. Family….What life should look like.

When I spoke with Pat following she said to me that the best part of her day was when she came off the platform, dried off a little and finally took the towel from her face….Pat was surrounded by her “girls” and there in front of her stood her daughter.

Such an amazing day! My prayer with her today before I went into Life Church at Nazareth morning service, was simply.

Father, I ask that following Pat’s baptism that she receive everything she most desires in life and has everything she needs to walk towards you!

Today said she does……

I have been going here for 6 weeks straight. I love it here. I can finally say I finally found a church I can say that is home. I have been looking for a church for a long time. That accepts me fully. I am totally aligned with this church. You will not fall asleep. I promise you that! You can cry and heal everything. Time you walk out, your heart is full of peace knowing that your spirit or God has answered your questions. That you were worried about. You will learn your own path. God has the answers. We just have to pay attention to the signs. On his timing, not ours. Bring tissue if you need to. I cry. Sing your heart out, I do! I am actually going to Serve Day. I know what it's like to be hungry. I want to help. They have an app. A band and singing. I never thought I would love church this much. I look forward to going to church. Anyone ask me what I am doing on Sunday. Going to church 1st. That's my day, and I look forward to seeing the people there as well. The staff is uplifting, the band , the singers. Everyone who volunteers makes it feel like home. I am sorry this is long. There are so many things to say. It over fills my cup. I am hoping you come and check it out. So you can experience what I am experiencing. I try to give my overflow to others each day when my cup is full. Have a great day.

I love Life Church!! It is definitely a come as you are Church. Everyone is welcome here! The pastors are great and the people are warm and friendly.

The most amazing short sweet messages from the God's word that touch my heart. I am able to take those messages and focus on them day by day as I continue to become a better me for God's will. Life Church sent me to Africa through medical missions and turned my life around!

Amazing place to worship God and to be encouraged in your journey! A place where everyone is welcome!

If u searching for Yeshua Jesus filled family this is The building u want to worship in for where two or more is gathered in Jesus name u all ready Kno and if u don't no then now u do and u R now without excuses

We have found a wonderful way to celebrate The Lord!! Everyone here is so kind, but never over the top. We feel welcome but never pressured to join or give. The music is AWESOME and the singers/musicians are truly BLESSED! The pastors are so able to connect to the congregation. I never leave with dry eyes. Moving. Transforming. Inspirational. Life changing. I am currently taking a class on dealing with grief loss of loved ones. It is a wonderful way to get to the heart of our pain and help us through. It is every Wednesday 7-8:30 and you can attend any Wednesday as each class is an individual session. I cannot say enough about this new home. So grateful. Only one thing… the music, while it is so amazing, is incredibly loud. It’s difficult for some to be comfortable with the volume including small children. Cannot wait to attend this weekend!!

Home… this is home. When you arrive they even say welcome home. Wonderful, lively, active, growing, compassionate and Biblical teaching Christian Church. They truly try their best to walk the walk all week long...not just Sunday morning face people. They truly care! They share openly and honestly and allow you to lean and learn. All In Love!!! Welcome....

Everyone is so friendly and make you feel welcomed. They literally make you feel like your home. My one critique is you can't hear the voices of the singers because the musicians are so loud. You can see the women dancing and singing but...

Amazing place of worship and bilingual services

Very welcoming, warm, and friendly. Pastor Beasley is an amazing person. I'm not religious and barely spiritual but the first time I attended his sermon hit me so personally, it blew my mind.

If you have God in your heart and LOVE for ALL people, come on in!

Beautiful gothic revival church with amazing huge 2 story stained glass windows. Church decons very accommodating Pastor's sermon was amazing, welcoming and relatable. Would love to attend again. Highly recommend

Yesterday was my first day. I'm up at 2 o'clock in the morning thinking about how good it was there. A Easter well spent, and i didn't even plan on going there. Next time i will be better dressed(hoodie, shirt, shorts, and my boots) Really came how i was.... Sorry daddy(:

Life Church ....wow Let me start with Pastor Randy who has prayed for me for years . Last year I went through so much , I had a horrible car accident and broke my neck in two places it’s a miracle I can still walk . He has my name written in his bible and faithfully Prays for so many people its a wonder my name fit lol. church is amazing and I thank God for them and all the caring loving people who attend plus I must add my two dear friends Dawn Godshall You Are an amazing woman of God!!!! Who has given of your resources time and help to sooo many others and RcDonald What a blessing to my life you’ve both been and this church . I highly recommend this church , if you love music the music is beautiful here come and check it out everyone will welcome you with open arms.

It is a place to worship without judgement and lay your burdens down. The staff is amazing, the worship music team is amazing. You have to experience it for yourself. I'm so proud of all campus pastors and the lead pastors Maribel and Randy Landis.

I love this church are used to attend when it was over off of Union and Airport Road went through some really hard times and I want to see a great thank you to Pastor Randy and Ronald for your continuous prayersAnd thank you God for your unfailing love
