The tires arrived to my mechanic in a timely fashion and in great condition. The tires installed with no issue. I was skeptical of the brand but they are good so far. Not better than the Michelins I normally buy but they ride smooth with reduced road noise. I’d buy them again. TireMart has a new customer!

I had new tires on my VW 4Motion and blew a tire beyond repair. Since AWD cars need the same tread depth, I was dreading buying 4 new tires, so I hopped on Google and searched tires. BestUsedTires has a great website, and I got lucky and found the exact brand and model and the same dtread depth. I was a happy camper finding the tires. They did make me buy 2 tires, but the total cost was the same as 1 new tire, so I thought that was fair. SO I placed the order, and this was my first time ordering from BestUsedTires.com. I was super impressed. The tires arrived at my house within 2 days (free shipping). I brought them to my tire shop and we found 1 tire had a patch on the inside edge of the sidewall. This is not allowed by the government and is a potential hazard for the tire and your safety. I emailed the company (4:00pm) and sent photos, and simply asked for a refund for the 1 bad tire. The next morning. by 10am, I got a very apologetic email and a promise of the refund I requested. 2 hours later, my refund hit my account. This was amazing, and this is how a company wins over customers. I am taking their word the patch in the tire was an oversight and mistake. I will definitely use them again.

So far the tires are great! They were delivered on time and promptly!! I would definitely recommend these guys!!!

Like the tires but they came later than was expected and put in the wrong area.

The service, ie: ordering with ease, no confusion was excellent. The delivery was faster than expected and best of all is the follow up! Nobody does that anymore! Both in terms of how the order was packed and delivered and following up AFTER delivery. That was awesome!

Purchasing was easy. Tires didnt ship within 24hrs of purchase though. Nonetheless we received thm znd although they are not mounted yet they appear to be qood quality. We purchased based on reviews and the construction should be better than the competition based on the specs. 6PLY vs 4 ply.

Ordered my winter tires 3 of the 4 tires arrived successfully after a screw up from FedEx however they were able to locate the 4th tire and delivered it. All is well now, Thank you!!!

Best prices I always end up finding here when I am in need of a particular tire. Owning several BMW's with low-profile tires and living in N.E. PA with it's plague of potholes, it shouldn't be surprising that I am very often trying to match up tires that I need to replace blow outs. I am an avid internet searcher and as I said these guys seem to always have the lowest prices on what I need. Plus there shipping is free and I get my tires withion about two days. Can't beat them.

Purchased from here a couple times now. This second time(during this covid mess) I had a weird issue of receiving a tire with a screw stuck in it under the sticker. Thankfully it was not deep enough to need a patch/anything to worry about. Still bestusedtires went out of their way to make it right and their response was super quick. Will buy from again.

The tire I ordered arrived within a week's time. The tire was shipped for free. I took it to a shop that mounted and balanced it for $25. This was a spare tire I needed to replace. If I should need tires again, I will definitely consider Tire Mart.
