Cedar Crest Embassy is the best! We’re sad we had to close our accts due to moving. All are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Beth for taking good care of us. Wish they would expand their area!

I’ve been using this bank for the past 15+ years because of the great customer service I’ve received. Recently Beth Haley, Yasmine Johri, and Theresa Bishop have gone out of their way to help me out, as I’m in the process of opening a new business.

Embassy Back for the Lehigh Valley is by far the best bank in the area. For personal banking they offer free checking with no monthly minimum, and absolute top-notch service. No more waiting in lines like battle. Every time you visit an embassy location, you’ll be invited to sit at a desk of one of their personal banking staff and conduct your banking in comfort. If a personal banker isn’t available immediately, they stock a well-appointed waiting area with comfy chairs, community-focused literature, snacks and drinks. Embassy offers the best interest rates in the area to help you grow your savings account, and locations all over for easy free use of your debit card at an ATM (using the debit card is free at all local Wawas and Sheetz as well). The Cedar Crest location has a drive-thru ATM, which is very convenient when you are on-the-go.

For local businesses, Embassy’s business services are second-to-none. Their interest rates and professional banking services are the best to be found anywhere in the region, and banking with them will help to ensure your business is on the very best path to success. I have been a personal banking customer for years, but I have to talked with manny local business owners about their experiences banking with Embassy (it sometimes comes up when they see my debit card), and they’ve universally had similar great things to say about the services they receive. One business owner even went so far as to tell me that at one point they considered moving their business out of Bethlehem, and that a significant part of the equation in their decision to stay local was because they knew they’d never be able to find comparable banking services anywhere else.

The new way to bank, in my opinion. Their attentive banker Jenn came through so nicely and gently for a tricky situation I had with a real estate trust company I won't name.
