I went in to see about upgrading my phone. The gentleman working, Sattar, was incredibly nice, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and had my new phone set up within 15-20 minutes. The entire process was as if an old friend was doing it for me! I will definitely visit the Lebanon store again for any future business.

Had a wonderful visit at Metro PCS. As a person on a fixed income this was the best choice for me. I havent a home phone and having had cancer i wanted to have a phone. So we went with the 2 for 80. Less than tmobile and the service was great as well
