I had a great experience with this shop. Initally went in the end of August just to look at in stock scooters. I had a million questions. All of which Eryan answered kindly. He never made me feel like my questions were stupid or tried to rush me out of the shop. I left that day without a final decision on purchasing. I made a decision and decided to go with a different model I hadn't even seen or asked about initally and had a few additional questions. Again he answered them quickly (via Facebook) and efficiently. The entire process to get a scooter ordered and picked up took less than two weeks brand new. He was also helpful when adding additional accessories at the last minute. The process of picking up that day was also quick and easiy. They also gave me all the details of how to use my new scooter! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Great experience!

Purchased a Rattler 200i from Siegfried's Motorwerx, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience and process. Very fair people and honesty that is hard to come by. If you're in the market for a Scooter, give them a look and support a local small business.

Eryn got me all set up with my first scooter. Walked me through the bike and fitted me with a helmet and gloves. Customer service is great as I called to buy a genuine roughhouse while he was out of state. He responded quickly and got me all squared away. Definitely recommend and will use again for my scooter or cycle needs!

I came in looking to buy my first motorcycle. We talked about the bike I was interested in, they gave me a lot of information. Not only did I learn more, they gave me a great deal on the bike(which they put new tires on)and some gear which we went through and picked out.

Great shop! Bought my first new scooter here, after months of research and visiting other dealers I was so happy to find a dealership that’s truly gave me the time of day! I also went back to them and bought some parts to service my new bike and they were extremely helpful in answering my questions about how to change the oil and do my first service!

Eryan was such a great guy to buy from. He was very honest and always available to answer questions and concerns. His shop is very clean and well maintained. I recently had a new rear tire installed on my bobber, along with having new lowering shocks in the rear, and a new left side foot rest bracket. And I cannot be happier with it. Siegfried's Motorwerx does an amazing job! They took the time to get everything perfect. Even took the time to adjust my brakes and everything while I was in there. And all for the quoted price. You just don't see customer service like that anymore. They truely go above and beyond! Regardless the year, make, or model of your bike, scooter, power sport vehicle, there is no better place to go. Fantastic prices on gear, accessories, labor, part's, and everything. The only place I'll ever go!

Purchased a Yamaha scooter from Eryan and Karley a few weeks ago and the experience was awesome! We were truly treated like family. I had only brought my sedan because I was really just going to check it out. Ended up buying it that day and was planning to return the next day to pick it up. Before I knew what was happening they had the scooter loaded into Karley's truck and she and a friend drove it a considerable distance to deliver it to our house that same evening. We were so grateful! A BIG shout out and THANK YOU to Eryan, Karley and the entire crew at Siegfried's Motorwerx!

Eryans shop is great to work with. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have done business with them a few times now and I have no complaints. I purchased an older Yamaha Scooter from Siegfried's Motorwerx. It was a friendly and inviting experience. However, after the purchase I went over the scooter and there were a couple missing parts. Siegfried's Motorwerx backed up their sale and sent me the missing parts. I would purchase from them again.

Started by buying parts here for a project bike I had been working on, ended up buying a bike from them, very nice staff, good prices. Definitely made me feel like family

Genuine service, professional, and straight about pricing. No gimmick, or after charges unlike others I’ve dealt with. Glad to say he’ll be transferring my brothers vehicles in the coming months.

This was my first time and the experience was wonderful the guys are very helpful and they are not there to rip you off I appreciate everything they done for me. I will be taking my bike back to get some things done.

Very professional, would definitely recommend going to this here. Willing to work on SYM Scooters, Vespa scooters and many more types. A little far from me, but I will be going again.
