2 years of pharmaceutical experience will get you 25 cents more than the starting rate they offer, but they offer well above that for a year of experience doing the same thing (and even doing less) at their facility. Doesn't add up. No wonder they're always hiring. And employees are not required to change into clean scrubs, that increases the risk of hairs, lint, dirt getting into prescriptions.
