I recently signed up for the weekly bulk option, and I am overly satisfied thus far. Again I can confidently say that the, Chicken Orzo Soup, was one of the best soups I've ever had. The soup was perfectly seasoned, with a rich and robust flavor that showcased the high-quality ingredients used by Valley Meal Prep. The chicken was tender, and the orzo had the ideal texture, providing a satisfying bite in every spoonful.

What impressed me the most was the attention to detail in the overall meal preparation. All of the vegetables are fresh and perfectly cooked, adding a delightful crunch to the overall texture.

First week using this service and I am loving it, the meals are quality. If you're looking for low calorie meals but do not know what is good this is a great option. It is not cheap, but the food is excellent so if you can afford a meal plan you would not regret it. Definitely excellent when you have 2 jobs and free time is short.

I actually like to cook and am good at it, but cooking for one becomes tedious. I love Valley Prep. There's not one thing I haven't enjoyed. The food is delicious. The quality is top notch. So many different meals every week, it's never boring. Plus, I can keep an eye on my calorie consumption, which was one of my main goals in joining. I highly recommend Valley Prep.

My mother moved to the area, and needed to supplement her cooking. I'm so glad I found Valley Prep for her! I order meals for her about once a month, and they just show up. A mix of the keto, bulk, and light meals. She loves the variety and flavor. She tells me she eats every last rice grain. I'm glad I can support her this way, I can't begin count how many times she has fed and provided for me!

First I want to give a huge shout out to John and Valley Prep, they are amazing and they’re helping me achieve my fitness goals much faster. I’m a very busy man and taking time out of my day to grocery shop for healthy meals and then cook and prep the meals are much too time consuming, that is why I enjoy Valley Prep they not only give you options on what type of food you would like to eat but they prepare it fresh for you to either pick up or get delivered. Just had my first low calorie lunch meal from Valley Prep. Delivery was as promised. Meal was excellent, freshest ingredients & good grilled chicken. Just the right amount for a lunch. Can’t wait for dinner!

This was my first time trying Valley Prep, and each meal was delicious. Not having to worry about preparing meals ahead of time saved me a lot of time.

Like the other reviewers, I have to say the meals are terrific! We just made our first pick up and tasted everything. I see why there are consistent 5 star reviews! The staff are equally amazing.

One thing I didn't understand, which seems pretty clear to me now, is that pick up or delivery is three times per week. I thought the days listed were pick up options. Basically you have food delivered or picked up every other day. Can't wait to try all of the other meal options as well.

We’ve been getting meals from Valley Prep for a couple of months now and can’t complain one bit! The food is delicious and provides their macros (cals, fat, protein and carbs), which is huge when you’re tracking on a daily basis! The owners are very nice and the ordering process is super easy! All in all, we’re very happy we found these guys!

Valley Prep is a huge help for my family! We order 10 meals every week to provide healthy lunch and dinner options. We save money from not ordering take out and have nutritious delicious meals READY to go and delivered right to our front door. Easy to pop in my lunch box for work as well/packaged great. Lots variety and flavors.

Valley Prep is literally the perfect food service to assist with a working/ busy lifestyle. They have a different menu each week so the meals don't get boring or repetitive. They offer to-your-door delivery service and their customer service is amazing, you can tell they really care about their customers. Also, their Prep By The Pound option is phenomenal. So many great things to say about this company!

We love love love Valley Prep! This place las changed our lives! My husband and I are at the gym 5 days a week as well as being parents and we are on the go 24/7 so having these meals done for us has saved so much time for ourselves and our family. We love all the food! So many different options and so lean! The owners are amazing and our delivery driver Jeff is the coolest and always on time! Thanks for being so awesome! Valley Prep Meal Prep is amazing and run by even better people. Where do I even start? First, the food is delicious, I’ve got my fiancé and sister hooked too. We’ve ordered the low cal lunch and dinner plans, the bulk lunch and dinner plans, and “prep by the pound.” The quality of food is fantastic as mentioned previously, but the pricing is spot on too. We’ve done pickups, but mostly delivery, and even the delivery guy is super friendly... and texts you when he’s a couple minutes away. And finally, the food is always fresh!!! Thank you Valley Prep for the great service and food!

They have very good food that is deliver d every week and always on time. Good options for keto, low calorie, and bulking up. Good pricing for a local business versus the larger internet corporations.

Valley Prep is very affordable and always seems to have a great menu. Their food tastes as good as a home cooked meal and they are so convenient to our family who is always on the go. I appreciate their business and that they are always top notch!!
