Dr Jeff and his assistant where very polite and very helpful. My boy has been sick for about a week now and the fit me in last minute. He took care of my dog and made recommendations to help him feel much better. Thank you guys again for helping us with Broly. We will be back again, I would love for you guys to be his primary veterinarian from here on out!

I love coming here as the staff and doctor are very friendly. They always are able to fit us in even in these Covid times. They take very good care of our Sammy. He gets his nails trimmed in between his medical check ups. I think the prices are reasonable, too. Thank you for caring for our boy!

Dr Jaffri and his staff provide phenomenal care for our dog, Lola. My family has taken multiple pets (dogs in our case) to them for 10+ years and we have never had an issue. They’ll always accommodate you should you need an unexpected appointment. It’s truly a win-win situation for pet owners, as they are the areas best low-cost provider as well.

East lebanon animal has been great from the time I started taking my 2 cats there(kittens at the time). I have one cat that has needed to be seen more often and if I call they can usually get me in within 24 hours of request depending on the seriousness of the issue. The attention that is given to my animals is amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better vet to go to. The staff has been amazing as well!

My wife and I recently moved to the area during the toughest time in our animals life. It was time for him to move on and my wife and I had no idea how to handle any of it. Reaching this clinic was the biggest blessing in such a troubling time. The nurse and Doctor were well above phenomenal. Compassion is often in short supply; but this team of Angels brought a comfort to my family that we were not prepared for. It truly is beyond words to describe my amazement of treatment, compassion, and professionalism this business so effortlessly carries themselves with.

If you see this review on other pages... remember this... I am so impressed with this vet that I feel they should be celebrated and promoted to the fullest extent.

My son had an adolescent cat follow him home. We have other cats in the house. I was desperate to find a vet to test this boy for FeLV/FIV so he could be allowed out of the dog crate I had to put him in for quarantine. They were so understanding and made a way to squeeze him in the next morning. The vet was so patient and kind and went out of his way to help this poor terrified boy who became very aggressive at the vet office. He had to have anesthesia to be able to even do the blood work. The vet made still more time to help him. Hansel and family thank the Dr. and staff. He is so happy to be freely exploring and making new friends in his new home. He is already settling in nicely!

I love this Vet!❤💕 It is close to home and the staff are super friendly! And the Veterinarian is very caring and is very good at finding what is wrong and keeping my furbabys healthy. Today he told me a cute story about one of his own cats which was awesome . This place is def. 5 stars 🤩 And the prices are the best around . Thank you so much Dr. Jaffri & staff!

They took great care of my dog, Mia, who had a leg injury. The technician was so very helpful. And Dr. Jaffri took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my dog's injury. Wonderful people. The staff were very kind & professional. Our cat, Poly was treated with love and compassion. The doctor postponed a surgery in order to take Poly at the last minute.
She is doing well, thanks to East Lebanon Animal Clinic, we look forward to bringing poly back for check-ups.

East Lebanon Animal Clinic deserves far above and beyond 5 stars cause Dr. Jaffri and his practice manager April go far above and beyond to help your pet! They are a great team and both have a sincere love and affection for animals! April makes great allowances to fit you in so your pet can receive the needed help. Dr. Jaffri applies his great knowledge and many years of experience to help your pet in the best way. Dr. Jaffri has cared for all of my cats for 30 years now. Over those years he even graciously helped me with a stray cat that was injured from being hit by a car.
He was also willing to help my Mom's cat and my daughter's dog. He very recently helped my sister with a feral kitten she rescued that needed to be neutered. She had checked into the various programs and with other vets but the wait for an appointment was very long and the cost was very high. April appreciated my sister rescuing the feral kitten and fit her kitten into Dr. Jaffri's schedule speedily and the cost was very reasonable!
April also came through for me recently as she fit my 17+ year old cat into the schedule for an emergency visit out of her sincere care for my cat. Dr. Jaffri came through on the doctoring part and my cat is doing well.
I thank God for Dr.Jaffri and April and for all their loving help to all of God's precious animals! They are a true blessing to the community and I pray God's blessing over them in Jesus' Name.

I can not express how thankful i am to the dr. And staff. They are amazing people. Although fully booked, like every vet i called before them, they got us in right away and gave our cat the best care he so needed. The doctor was pressed for time and still took the time he needed to do an amazing last minute surgery. They were so wonderful to us and our sam. we can not thank you enough. I can’t say enough about the team here. They got Mac (German shepherd) in with zero notice, they took him the same day and we had never visited before. They also saw him the next day for a second time again with no notice. They truly care about your pet, from the girls at the front desk to the the doctor himself. Everyone was so helpful and I cannot recommend them enough! Your pet is in good hands with this group of people. Thank you East Lebanon Animal clinic!

My kitten has finally gotten the care she needed. Went in and explained her prior issues in the past few months and experiences I had at other vets who did not give her the proper care she needed.

She suffered from eye infections at a young age and had ear mites when I got her from a foster. I have rushed her to the Lancaster ER for pets and they did not bother to clean her ears. Just gave me eye drops and flea treatment. Eyes did not get better nor the ears. I took her to another local clinic for a check up. Once again was given eye ointment and another flea treatment. None of them flushed her ears out either. Her eyes got better but now is more watery than ever.

Her ears look so much better and was given the proper treatment and medication by ELAC for both ears and eyes. Thank you to the staff!

This is a five star rating! In my time of need they helped me with Chuck, our cat. Dr. Jaffri was so kind and informative and concerned and answered all questions. No rushing here. April was so helpful and caring and gave callbacks- which was appreciated. Great choice!

I can't overly express my gratitude to Dr. Jaffri and April. Two kittens and a cat appeared on my property and they were the only clinic that could see all 3 in a short time to make sure they were OK to be around the other pets in my household. And Dr. Jaffri was able to neuter the older cat the next day! Everyone is happy and healthy thanks to them!

One of the best veterinarians you could ever find. As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted like you just walked into your friends house. And thankfully they are always ready for an emergency as we have had some in the past and they got us in right away.
The whole staff here is friendly knowledgeable and always ready to help. Definitely worth a visit, we always leave with peace of mind of what’s going on with our for babies🥰

I had a great experience here! The staff were extremely nice and caring which was very reassuring being that it was my kittens first time at the vet. They answered and explained every question I had so that I’d know exactly what to do and what was going on. I highly recommend you take your pets here!!
