Jeffrey was so sweet. He noticed my name on my credit card and we got into a little conversation about music that my name frequently sparks. He then gave me a crown. I'm glad I ran into that ray of sunshine today.

Quiet not overcrowded when you need supper on the run

The food was good. The sevice was friendly even though like a lot of places they are short staffed. I think everyone was trying their best to get the food out quickly.

Food was hot. Fries were crispy. Everything was good but I could have used some vegan mayo on my Impossible Whopper. That would have made it perfect.

Lately service through the drive-thru has been excellent here, food is hot and good!

Now this franchise is the best location out of all the BK's I've been to. Love their staff and get this .... My wife and i have 9 kids plus the two of us so all together that's a gigantic order and not once have they ever got our order wrong or never has anything been missing from our order either. Love it!!!!

Everything was great. The only thing bad was when we pulled up to the window to get or food there was an employee just sitting talking about how she leaves in an hour. Really??? I would have made her leave then she wasnt working just soaking up time. Not good.

First of all - the wait time, or lack there of, is so nice. I typically only stop when I'm in a hurry back to work, so it's nice to count on them to get me in and out quickly. Second - I've been following a low-carb/keto way of eating since January. I usually just dissect my own burger, tossing the bun when I eat because I didn't want to be judged for ordering with no bun (I've gotten a lot of eye rolls). So, when I stopped last week, I finally got the courage to order my double whopper with cheese, no bun and extra lettuce, intending to make a salad. I was completely blown away at the fact that they basically made me a salad!! They put it in a salad bowl with shredded lettuce and drizzled with a little ketchup. They were super friendly and fast, as usual. I have told so many of my friends about this wonderful and thoughtful customer service. Keep up the good work, 710 E Cumberland!

Ordered 2 Whoppers with Bacon, so they'd be made fresh (and a few other things).

They gave me two without bacon (that had been sitting).

I took them back and nicely explained that I had ordered them with bacon so they'd be fresh. They took them and made two Whoppers (with bacon) fresh for me on the spot. They also included two fresh medium fries, (at no charge) just to be nice!

This new manager seems great and worlds better than the last one! She's friendly, and from what I could tell, isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and be one of the workers. I couldn't even tell who was the manager till I had the issue with my burgers. From the little I saw, she seemed to care about her workers and treat them respectfully, even in the face of their mixup. Wish I would have caught her name...I just remember she's a bit shorter than the average worker there. lol

I didn't feel like the last manager had these positive qualities; she definitely wasn't looking out for her customers very well...

In the end, every place will occasionally make mistakes, so it really comes down to how they are handled. I was more than satisfied with the reponse to the issue I had.

Long live the [Burger] King!

Cant honestly think of a bad service (mainly drive thru ) in the past like 5 years now. Just tried impossible burger and actually liked it never tried anything like it and I will buy it again. Cant beat nuggets price! Love burger king.

Ordered a $40 meal, came out fresh within Seconds after arriving at the second door! They’re On Top of it, fast and quality food😮‍💨

Waited 5 minutes at McDonald’s and the line didn’t move so I went across the street to Burger King and went right through the line! The food was awesome, and the service was great!

Food was hot. Staff was friendly. Went when it was somewhat busy, but didn’t have to wait too long.

OH. MY. GOD. Reggie. You did it. Idk how you do this each time, but you did it. The controls are amazing, and that’s important in Mario 64. Mario can jump, roll, slide, and he just feels so good to explore this enchanting playground. There’s so much to do without even realizing it at first, so many options to get past worlds. I give it a 5/5.

My daughter and I give it a five star. The people were amazing, service was fast, and the food was tremendously good! We can't wait to come back.

Angelica is awesome! We wait to come through at night because she is always so friendly, the food is always fresh and she never messes our order up.
