I LOVE Hair 411 ! I have been going to Lily for years and she always makes me feel confident and comfortable with whatever I choose to do to my hair ! I bring my girls to her as well ! I’ve had color , cut , style , extensions, etc! China is equally as skilled as an artist and has done the best makeup I’ve ever had done ! Hair 411 is truly a 5 star experience!

This place is fantastic. The women that run this shop are experts at what they do. They make you feel comfortable as a new comer, and their work is second to none. Stephanie turned my jet black hair into this amazing ash ombré. I highly recommend them!

I got my hair done by Steph Saico. She did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with my hair. I finally found someone who understood what I wanted. Also, as I sat there we conversed the entire time. She is an amazing soul. The place was clean and the environment was very welcoming. I recommend anyone to come here.

When I visited the girls at 411 I loved the atmosphere right away. They made me feel comfortable and right at home. After a thorough consultation, Lily, gave me full, bold highlights, a color re-touch and trimmed my hair and refreshed my look with some layers. Steph then did my roller set and it came out beautifully!! I will definitely be going back ❤

I can go on on how lily is so good at what she does but i keep it short and sweet..She not only make my hair look beautiful she is the best in the lehigh valley..Point blank!! I'm very picky when it comes to my 2 girls and I must say I brought the girls here last year after winning a raffle from a friend I scheduled late as well as arrived late you know me being a guy and taking care of two little princesses lol but lily was very understanding and took us in she welcomed my girls which they immediately fell head over heels for her she washed cut and styled thier hair exactly to what I wanted, we also had a 2nd visit before the covid outbreak this time my oldest wanted more length cut so I just told lily take the wheel and as she cut her hair one of her partners pampered my littlest princess washed her hair then lily cut her hair as well 😊 this will be our go to salon I know my babies are in great hands thanks lily see you next week.
