The Falks are wonderful, kind, conscious people. They dealt with a difficult, complicated situation with kindness and professionalism. I have dealt with them for other family members services and when needed in the future, will do so again.

I made arrangements for my husband and I five years ago. At that time I was in a good frame of mind and was able to really think clearly about what we wanted. The staff was so professional and explained every detail. When my husband passed away recently I could not have been happier that I had prearranged everything. Once again the staff was great! We just had to deal with a few minor things that had changed. My sons were surprised that everything was done and could not thank me enough. I can’t imagine making those decisions at such a stressful time. I would recommend Falk Funeral Home and making your arrangements when you want to not when you have to.

Words can’t describe this funeral home. They do not treat it as a business, and do not nickel and dime your for everything. They were very honest. They were able to honor our many request and NOT ONCE made it seem as if we were bothering them. Frank and Pete were SOOOO helpful and positive throughout the planning process making it so much smoother and easier for us. If there were more stars I would absolutely give it to Falk Funeral home. They are simply the best hands down. They are so organized and made you feel valuable and helped directed us on things we needed to do. Frank was always available and made what I thought to be impossible, possible. Amazing and very caring team - they really took care of my late father and did a fabulous job. They even made sure all arrangements we asked for were met above and beyond our expectations. Frank, Donna, and the entire staff were very helpful, understanding, and compassionate. They patiently answered our hundreds of questions when we were dealing with our father's pending and eventual death, and helped us through a difficult time. Getting close to the end of his cancer battle, he told me to contact Falk, as they had direct cremation program.
We never got to meet in advance of his passing, but I was so impressed that when Hospice called them after his passing they were here!!!!! So respectful, safely removed his body ( Covid times), respected my wishes not to have his face covered until he was out of the family's site.
All they asked is when would be a convenient time for me to come to the actual funeral home office to move ahead with arrangements. No money exchanged, no credit card authorization , nothing required at that time. Impressive. Peter, the associate I worked with was also impressive. Kind, respectfully, competent and informative. I highly recommend Falk Funeral Home and Crematory. They go the extra mile.

The passing of my sister came as a surprise to me and my family. My sister lives hours away, in another state. The staff were amazing when dealing with our loss of mother.Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate the family in our difficult time.It is a sad time to deal with but they make it a bit more bearable and are very compassionate every step of the way.
