What a gem. Love the Bethlehem location. Lauren our server was amazing and friendly. Mike the manager was great as well. The chefs here are the absolute best. As a chef myself I can't say enough about the quality of the food as well as how pretty they plate and garnish it as well. If you find yourself in the area do yourself a favor and get to Billy's in Bethlehem. This is a place you can order anything on the menu and be satisfied

I Love Billy’s Downtown Bethlehem a lot better than the one in Easton. Food and Service is Always Great. Shout Out to our waitress today who was “Brittany “ she’s the BEST 👍🏾

Very good breakfast/ lunch menu. We were happy to be seated as soon as we arrived because just a few minutes later, the wait was significant.

My first time here, and this place is fantastic! The home fries are the best! Quick service and great food.

If they were open 24 hours we'd be there for every meal! Downside there are no alcoholic beverages. I would love a fresh squeezed classic mimosa. However everything else is so good it really doesn't matter.

Used to come here alot when there was the Allentown location, was much larger. . On occasions I'll visit the Bethlehem location. The food is still amazing. Great coffee and coffee drinks selection. The tables for 2 are a tad small but in order to accommodate the patrons it had to be done. The staff is very friendly and service, wait times aren't that bad as the food comes out in a timely manner. Street parking sucks but there is an open lot across the street.

First time there for breakfast. Very cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Ordered the Beck breakfast sandwich and a side of home fries. Boy, it was delicious. Definitely go back.

This is a great diner! Unique menu, great breakfast options, service was fantastic. We came in during a rush and the waitress and manager sat us down, apologized for the slight wait, and still got our food out quickly, hot and delicious. I highly recommend.

Been here a few times they do not disappoint, ever!! The food here is really good! I have had a few plates like the Pano and Yanna omelette and the taco bowls and they are so delicious! The specials like French toast and pancakes are really yummy too! Service is also nice I must say everyone is super friendly. It’s a little pricey for breakfast but it’s worth it!!

What an AMAZING place to eat. The atmosphere and music are show stopping for a diner. The staff and food were outstanding, everyone is smiling and the food came out fast. The quality of food is top notch for the price. I had the lavender lemonade and chicken and waffles off of the special menu, a perfect combination of sweet and savory. My hubby had the BLT Bomb Benedict and as he described, a dazzling party for his taste buds. Definitely a 10/10 can’t wait to go back.

First time here and the place was so nice and the service was so fast. I got the avocado toast and it was great tasted so fresh! The sirracha bowl was so different and delicious recommend it.

Had a wonderful experience at Billy's downtown diner recently. Our server Veronica was sensational. We had a party of 10 for a birthday brunch It was a little chaotic but she was able to get everybody's order correct. She was personable and funny and kind. She genuinely wants to come into work and do a good job and make people enjoy their time at Billy's. As far as the food goes.... so yummy! The birthday person enjoyed the carrot cake pancakes, which to my understanding are seasonal but damn good. Tasted exactly like carrot cake. But at the same time not overly sweet which was very refreshing with the real shavings of carrot all up in there. I had the southern grits and It was very flavorful and very filling. I had to tap out Midway. Our table was silent for a good few moments because we were just savoring all of the yummy food. And believe me it's hard to shut my people up. Also, they had a nice variety of unique lattes and teas. And if you have never had the most delicious fresh squeezed orange juice run here now. I'm not going to lie, It's a little tight in there but keep in mind, we had a party of 10 people. But as long as you call early enough That morning they will try to accommodate The best they can and they literally got us in almost as soon as everybody was parked and ready to walk in. I was so impressed with everything that at the end I went up to the manager and told her about my server And the great experience we had. I feel like not enough people speak about great service but they are more than willing to complain about bad service. So thank you Billy's for making my husband's birthday a memorable one.

Our favorite Sunday brunch spot! We love stopping in every few months to see what awesome specials they have each season, and their classic menu never fails! Love Paz’s French Toast and my husband always gets the Zesty Omelette! The service is fantastic, always very attentive and friendly.

My wife and I visited from out of town. We dropped in for breakfast on Sunday 12/17. We got a warm welcome at the door. Loved the vibe. Their high-back bench seating is comfortable, and the lighting perfect. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Our omelettes were delicious. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice, upscale classic booth/bar style American diner serving breakfast and lunch. The menu is very creative and includes many options, including for those with dietary restrictions. The food had a stunning presentation and was very good, albeit the pancake was overcooked and the strawberries were underripe (it is winter however.) The staff was very friendly and was pricier than an average diner. Overall 4.5 stars.

I went to Billy Downtown Diner for breakfast today and the food was AMAZING! The service was all so incredible, everyone was so nice and polite with everything. I order the Snazzy Pancakes and the were awesome. It was banana with a chocolate chip pancake rapped around it and topped with whipped cream, strawberries, and chocolate chips. There was also powder sugar and chocolate sauce on top. As a drink I order simple black coffee, it was spectacular. I really suggest this diner for breakfast, lunch, or bruch!

No matter what you get here, the food will always be top notch. There are options for everyone, including gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. Service is always excellent! Lots of different coffee options, though even the fresh brewed black coffee is superb!

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Billy’s Diner. My boyfriend and I drove a half hour to try them out and were definitely not disappointed. I got the “Florentine” special and it was to die for. We also got the “Cannoli Tower” to split; Simply decadent and a must try if you’re craving something sweet. Everything was delicious, service was great, we sat outside and dined on a gorgeous day. We’ll no doubt be back next time we’re in town!

I would say that this was unexpectedly delicious, but there are times when you just know that the food at a restaurant is going to be great. This was one of those times.

I stopped in on Monday with my coworkers and had a late breakfast. After spending several minutes trying to narrow down exactly what I wanted, because it all looked amazing, I settled on a "vegan"esqe omelet, and I was not disappointed! This was probably one of the best omelets I've ever had in my life. Can not recommend highly enough!

Food came out so fast! Everything was incredible & they offer uncommon takes on some classic meals. Staff is friendly & quick. Prices are well within reason & the atmosphere is low key fancy.
