Lebanon Independent Baptist Church

I had prayed about which church to go to when I move to Lebanon. and I felt a peace within when I visited this church. They preach the truth from the kjv. And every one was friendly.

Does not appear to want visitors or grow. Service advertised out front, but doors were locked and lights were off. Would have thought that there was no service, except for seeing people down the street, entering through a side door. I went to that door, but the man standing on the other side of it, like he was guarding it, seemed to glare at me. He did not speak or open the door. I asked if there was a service. He replied with one word, and opened the door. That was about the only word spoken to me the entire time. The members talked with each other. As I left, not a word was spoken to me. Usually churches want visitors, and so they make efforts to welcome them in order to retain them. The church seemed like an insider's club. With doors locked and lights off and the unwelcoming behavior, it seems that the church does not want visitors. It does not look as if it wants to grow. It is like a business that does not turn on its "OPEN" sign.
