I did a side-by-side comparison with the Popeyes chicken sandwich and the KFC chicken sandwich. They are so close in quality and taste that I have to say I'm pleased that KFC has come out with this chicken sandwich. Two thumbs up!

I went to this KFC on 2-24-20 around 6:30pm. As I walked in, a staff member was actively cleaning up the dining area (so that's always a plus in my opinion). The cashier was super friendly and very helpful. She was one of those people who brings a smile to your face because they enjoy working there. They worked quickly to fill my order, gave me a nice variety of sauces to try and even threw in a couple free cookies for the Kid's Meal because they had run out of applesauce (much to my child's delight)! My family was very impressed with the large size of the sides. It was more than enough food for all of us. Everything was hot and tasty. Nothing was overcooked. The breasts of chicken were huge and the breading was amazing and crunchy. Overall, we were very impressed, the staff was great and our order was filled perfectly. Great job Lebanon KFC! We will be back again.

We went through the drive thru, and surprisingly our meals were perfectly cooked, nothing missing, and was through in minutes. Definitely better food there then the Popeyes down the road!

Very friendly staff, did not have what I wanted and so I decided to wait 20 minutes for it to be done. They were very apologetic and threw in a chocolate cake. Good Service and the food was good and fresh when I got it.

Got all my food right, didn't have to wait long. They forgot my drinks and sauces also no butter or honey...everyone knows you can't have kfc's biscuits without honey! I really needed that honey plus I was very thirsty too.

The drive thru is exactly what it is supposed to be...Fast Food, not "slow rude"...and it conveniently right off 322 on the West bound side. The food was fresh, the order precise. 👍

Great place! They DO place "Quality over quantity"! Even though the air didn't work? Employees made the atmosphere cheerful and friendly"! Managers friendly and it was an all- around adventure!!!😀😀😀😀😀

KFC chicken is always a hit for me. Good flavor, tender and delicious. We picked up a bucket of chicken to add to other items and had a picnic in the park. It was a great time and not a lot of stress to make it happen.

Shaquan was the gentleman on taking the order. Friendly, and professionally customer service oriented.

My mom and I were on the fence on what to enjoy with the 5 dollar fill up. The cashier was great at recommending something we would both enjoy and enjoy we did!

5 stars because I compare this KFC with other KFCs and similar eateries. If you enjoy affordable meals, expect good service and a clean dining area, this is for you.

Ordered the crispy meal at the drive-thru, and since they didn't have enough to fill the order, they gave me a small discount and a drink if I'd wait until they could catch up.

Everytime I come here the food is awesome! The customer service is awesome, and the manager Candi was very helpful!
