The Patriot House is a beautiful, romantic b&b! I went there with my family for a quick weekend getaway. We loved it!!! Our host Elizabeth was very sweet and helpful through out our stay there. She was very cordial and attended our needs. She is an excellent cook. Yummy breakfast!

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding reception. They were very accommodating to us coming in after the check in time, and just all around amazing at making sure we were comfortable and happy. The room we stayed in was beautiful and well kept. Plus it had it's own living room off our bedroom! The house and grounds were beautiful and picturesque. I can't say enough great things about this B&B.

The patriot house was the first bed and breakfast I've stayed in! 5 stars isnt enough for this review, my personal review 10/10. The hospitality was amazing and felt like I was part of a family. The constitution room was beautiful and homey. Most important was Sammy and the staff which topped everything off! The patriot house is a must to stay in the area!

Stayed here for interview at LVC. It was a fantastic B&B experience. The lobby/living room is very relaxing. The manager is wonderful and she enjoys having conversations with guests. The bed is super comfy. The breakfast is healthy and tasty! Highly recommend if you are visiting Annville/Hershey or nearby areas.

An awesome place to stay.
Elizabeth is such a beautiful person and gracious host. Food is delicious and she goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as close to perfect as it can be.

Elizabeth was a joy and very concerned that our needs were meet. We have stayed here twice, both times with different inn keepers. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for another wonderful experience.

Words can not express how satisfied we were with the hospitality. The rooms were beutifally decorated and comfortable. Also sam the pup and the staff made the patriot in feel like home.
