very good afternoon today I want to share with you the good experiences I have had with the employee Jeana every time I come she serves me with a smile, I have never had a bad experience with her service I had to ask her if she loved her work because I can notice it in The service she provides always makes me smile and that makes my lunch hour a pleasant one. I want to honor you for your service and thank you because it is always one of excellence. Thank you Jeana for your service.

Just had the best and friendliest service I've ever had at any McDonald's. Friendly service goes a long way especially these days where it seems like such a rarity especially in fast food.

I don't often go to McDonald's and when I do I have pretty low expections, but I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in today. The whole restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and our cashier was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Whoever is managing this location is doing a great job!

McDonald's is always gonna be McDonald's, but I have this one 5 stars because they found my wallet that I dropped and returned it to me when I returned a day later. I hadn't even realized I'd left it there so I didn't even think to ask, but they recognized my name from the front of the wallet. Wonderful staff, couldn't ask for better.

Great food they were incredibly friendly they were very patient since my four-year-old took a little bit to decide I was really pleased with how polite everyone was. The only issue was the fries were cold

Out of the 2 McDonald's open 24/7 in Lebanon, this one is definitely better.
Normal service, order is correct. The reason I'll even rate this 5 stars is because of how HORRIBLE the other McDonald's is in Lebanon. Working 2nd shift, I've had to stop at the 12th and Maple late and I've never had a good experience. Either they completely ignore you until you leave or the workers can't be bothered because their listening to their headphones singing and dancing so it's "What do you want" and hand out for the money, wait 45 minutes (not an exaggeration) and order still wrong. I cant recall a time after 11pm when I didn't wait less than 20 minutes. Yes, I could've left but already paid and I've just wanted to see how ridiculously long it would be. Anyway this McDonald's is 200% better than other locations in Leb. Go here for a quick bite!

It was very clean and the staff is friendly. They only had one cashier. My Big Mac with cheese was delicious but the fries was cold and I didn't feel up to asking for some fresh hot 🍟 and my sweet tea was perfect

While I was on a road trip through an area I wasn't familiar with, we stopped in McDonald's store number 1701. A wonderful young woman by the name Jasmine Danzey was so kind and helpful. I have multiple Business Management degrees and I know how important customer service is. Other employees were also vey polite and helpful. I was incredibly impressed with the service that I recieved. They all deserve raises.
