CDE Exotics

Cameron is extremely knowledgeable, and the staff is wonderful as well. I recommend 100 x’s over! My husband and I take our kids here, pretty much weekly at this point. We’ve purchased several reptiles from CDE. Cameron & his staff never make you feel any kind of way asking questions about anything he may or may not have in the shop. Even some reptiles we have that didn’t come from CDE Cameron still educates us more about. All 5 of my kids love going and interacting with all everything, and they always leave learning something new!

Witnessing how active all of the reptiles and animals were in this facility was definitely unexpected. I never experienced or felt such a positive environment before coming in here. The entire staff was very attentive to both the customers and the animals. You can automatically sense that all animals are taken care of based on how active they are as compared to other places where most animals are treated almost like merchandise. I personally felt welcomed by everyone and one of them was kind enough to educate me on blue tongued skinks. I definitely recommend passing by this place if you’re looking into caring for reptiles or some friendly fur animals!

Went here tonight and met the owner, I am a collector of my own and I was amazed on how amazing this place was. They are rescues and you can tell they are loved. The owner also has vet experience, which says a lot. Enjoyed meeting everyone and hearing his story, you guys rock and I will be making your store a first stop for all of my collection additions.

My grandchildren had a birthday party from CDE yesterday. I have to say out of all the parties my children and grandchildren had this by far topped it. The man was very knowledgeable about the animals. Was polite and patient. Taught the children about each animal and how to handle them. He made sure the birthday children got to hold the animals first. He gave each person ample time to hold the animals and even positioned the animals with the children for pictures. The containers the animals were in were spotless and did not have a smell at all. Every child was in awe. Kudos to you. I would highly recommend him and having him do parties !

Amazing place and staff. Very knowledgeable wide selection of reptiles and other critters. Absolutely love going here even just to look around. Only place I've purchased my ball pythons from.

Good people, decent pricing, very FAT feeder rats, the reptiles / birds are in excellent health and they provide extended customer service after purchase if you may have questions. They also will watch your reptibabies while you are away for a low rate. Highly recommend! Pictures of all my guys I bought from here.

They are so knowledgeable , helpful , just absolutely wonderful ..... They take awesome care of all of their animals ❤ and customers ☺ I can not say enough good for them all ..... They are just above and beyond .... ☺

Today July the 1st 2020 .... I unfortunately had to take one of my pet fancy rats to CDE Exotics .... They were really wonderful about it They are going to keep her as a breeder so she won't be food because she's a biter she's a very sweet little rat she's hand-fed litter trained and everything friendly and sweet , but when she's in a inclosed space like a tube , a house or an igloo she's very protective and all you have to do is put your hand in there It doesn't matter who you're touching She will nail you bad ... she's very dominant and they agreed to take her and put her in with the breeders for that I'm very very grateful and very very happy they're wonderful up there !!!!

Cameron, the owner, is one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. CDE is more than a reptile shop or pet store- it's a family in the industry and community. Come a customer, leave a brother or sister. Always there for any and everyone. Scales or human flesh. All his animals are well taken care of and of the highest caliber. The only place to go in NEPA!

I got my First ball python here a little over a year ago and I have yet to regret it. The staff helped me feel comfortable enough to hold my first snake and in forever grateful. Cameron is an awesome and very knowledgeable on all the animals he carrys and I'm sure more then that. Anyone serious seeking a reptile I 110% recommend CDE Exotics.

The best place to go if you have a reptile or exotic animal. The staff are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable when it comes to pet care. They are a great addition to the community! I highly recommend them.

All the staff here are amazing and extremely friendly, reptiles and birds are well cared for and they have amazing knowledge, I will definitely be going back for more reptiles and feeders.

Took the day trip down I am a reptile lover so is my girl but my son is obsessed with every living creature on earth.We had fun here all the staff were great real family feeling in CDE.Going to pick a up a female black and white Tegu Friday my new go to spot. 💯

Absolutely lovely people, they have been so helpful and educational since I got my bearded dragon and I can’t be more grateful. He’s also so humane, some teens stole a chicken and wanted to feed it to an alligator and the owner ended up buying the chicken and saving its life and now she happily walks around the store. I definitely recommend going here to buy reptiles, supplies and to be educated on proper treatment and care.

I went with my family (kids as young as 2) and we were shown around, allowed to hold some reptiles and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

I love taking my kids in here to visit. They enjoy seeing the displays and learning new things. Everyone from Cam, his family, and his staff are always so very helpful and patient and willing to share share their knowledge and love.

Love going here for my feeders and just to look at all the animals 😍 the family that owns it is amazing! Always going up and beyond for their clients and you can't forget about the staff they have, they are all super nice and knowledgeable on all different kinds of animals not just reptiles. I definitely recommend checking them out!

The owner was very helpful, and very understanding. I asked Cameron a lot of questions about mostly my two lizard's, and he was extremely helpful and very personable and friendly. I love going there every day they are open. He has a lot of very interesting animals such as Jekyll and Hyde the two-headed turtle.
