I've been working for Ideal Concepts for more than a year now, and I have to say they are the most caring, focused, hard working company I've ever worked for or with. I went through 5 agencies that were SCAMS. The ones that hire you right away and say "hey do you know anyone that needs a job?" I'm new to the industry and I didn't get it right away, until a FEW days later. You're immediately just a number, a pyramid. I had given up trying to find a job in this industry. I couldn't believe how many agencies are out there taking advantage of potential clients. Literally knocking on doors, just to get inside and pitch something to a senior citizen and they really don't even understand or know any better. It's disgusting.

Right when I wanted to give up, I landed with Ideal Concepts and I realized within the week, that this is a company that you picture what an insurance agency should be like.
