After spending four months trying to find an apt with Empire, Zillow, Redfin and a Remax agent I contacted Barbara Detres, from Harvey Raad Realtors.
Within a week we had an apt in a newly renovated building. And didn't pay those extra fee Property Management charge.

I never had to worry the Raad's kept me informed on every aspect of my transaction. Especially since I had to move out of the area they were always there for me.
I would recommend them to all my close family & friends.

I was promised an apartment and when the time came to give security deposit they rented it for more money right from under me after i cancelled all other showings. Very unprofessional...

I’m not sure if it’s the landlord I have or the maintenance that Harvey Z. Raad Realtors use. HOWEVER! They’re one of the WORST people to rent from. My landlord pretty much doesn’t exist when calling or texting. If you leave a voicemail they never get back to you. If you call maintenance, you better pray that someone answers the phone. They let issues persist from the day you sign the initial lease. They let the issue get to the point there’s mold now, but they wanna complain about the water bill being too high.

The time I decide to move out, I bet they will try to use those ongoing reported problems to try and deduct from the security deposit. I’m not letting that slide. And whoever watches over the social media and is supposed to respond to inquiries clearly doesn’t and they kept their mouth shut about the complaint. I have receipts on receipts. If this is how I gotta go about getting stuff resolved, so be it. There are more complaints on why I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m not sure if it’s the company as a whole or the people that work for them, but in my opinion, it’s not worth it.

I had Harvey Raad / Optimum as a property manager for several rental properties. Rents and deposits to owners accounts were months overdue. When I complained, I was told I was harassing them. Literally $8000 was due to me since December, finally paid in March. I moved onto Full Circle property management. Raad/Optimum has been uncooperative during the transition and hasn’t transferred tenant ledgers, or property keys, and still has outstanding payments. I don’t recommend utilizing this group. You’re best to look elsewhere.

Barba Detres and her company are terrible. Withhold money without informing you, my rent payments and invoices were never on time as well. They will NOT take care your property well at all and do nothing unless you put money in their hands. Horrible experience. She also stole money from me & went against our contract terms. All my tenants complained that they never came out to my property to fix anything.

Since the owner wants to call me a liar, rather than actually trying to resolve this issue....I’ll just say this is who this place is. Save your time, your money and your headaches.

Absolutely a pathetic experience dealing with Chris. Would not recommend to anyone.
