Josh is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. Helped me pick out a necklace for my girlfriend when I had no idea what to look for.

I went here not knowing anything about rings, stones or general knowledge of engagement jewelry at all. Amanda Kugler did an AMAZING job with several complex questions. She spent over a 45 minutes discussing the ins and outs of everything to me. I walked out learning everything I need to know. Really a great job. Couldn’t be happier.

Very happy with the service at Kay Jewelers. Staff was very helpful & friendly. We needed to have our wedding bands , purchased at another Jewelry store, resized to a smaller size. Staff was easy to work with and gave us a good price to have our rings sent out to be resized.

Kay Jewelers in the Lebanon City Mall is hands down an excellent store in my opinion. More importantly The sales consultant Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly. If it wasn’t for her help in my recent purchase I honestly don’t think I would be happy anywhere else.

Great service. They looked up and found my account from over 18 years ago. It turned out the item had an extended warranty to cover the repair work. Awesome!!
