Whitehall Family Dentistry

The office staff are fantastic. I needed an appointment for pain I was having after a filling cracked and Janelle phoned me immediately the same day with an opening. Dr Day is new to the dentist office and he fixed my cracked filling with a crown and he was very hands on and made the experience painless and assured the crown fit properly. I recommend this dentistry office to everyone.

Love this place! They always make me feel calm and walk me through every thing and the doctor will always ask me a couple times if I am okay during any procedure and that always makes me feel better. They do a great job and I never feel a thing. I highly recommend this place for your entire family!!

I've been struggling with finding a dentist I felt comfortable with. I have certain preferences concerning my childrens dental care. They left the decisions up to me and were very accommodating. No questions asked. Everyone was very kind and gentle. My children were very comfortable and unafraid. I think we will be very happy here and stick with this dentist.

We had our first visit here today and we loved it. Everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienists, to the dentists were very friendly. My son had questions about the tools he saw and they took the time to explain what everything does and how it would feel. Everyone was knowlegable, helpful and kind. I highly reccomend them!

Took our almost 3 year old in for her first dental exam and cleaning today. Facility was immaculate. Staff was friendly. Dentist was great with our daughter. Can tell he had much experience working with young kids.

Everyone was very kind and nice! I was very nervous when I walked in and had bad experiences before at another dentist! But everyone made me feel very comfortable! From the receptionist to the doctor and everyone in between everyone was so nice! Great experience and will be back in the future!

I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to going to a dentist because of my childhood experiences. Finding Dr. Yacoub, and especially his office staff, has been an absolute godsend. His gentle nature, understanding my anxiety, and good work are wonderful. The supporting staff is exceptionally good at making me feel welcome and valued, and I always enjoy seeing all their smiling faces when I come in. I continue to tell everyone I know what a great experience they would have if they came to Whitehall Family Dentistry.

I like this dentist, and his staff. I bring my 4 daughters here as well and they are always very good with them, they are efficient, clean, and know what they are doing. Very rare you find an office where I like everyone who works there but that's the case here.

Very nice and friendly people. Took good care of me and my son. I have already recommend them to family and friends. Finally I found a dentist that I like, and that's alot coming from me because I always hated to go to the dentist. Wish I would of found them sooner, very gentle and answered all my questions. Just a very friendly place all around!!

Came In here with a chipped bottom tooth and slightly crooked teeth to today where my teeth are looking fantastic. Got a root canal done there and got fast braces which really does speed up the time of having braces on compared to other brands. As well got my wisdom teeth out to a place they sent me. Overall I got a bunch of work done and I'm satisfied with their work and the staff knows what they are doing.

Friendly staff . I hate going for dental checkups because my teeth are very sensitive but they were great. The dentist would stop whenever the pain was too much, they even warmed up some water. The visit was quick and I'm happy with the results.

The staff is very friendly and care about you as a patient. I had tooth pain and called in morn got in to see Dr Yacoub the same morn. I was very pleased he took his time and told me exactly the problem and a solution. I recommend WhitehallDenistry to everyone. They are great!

Dr. Ayham Yacoub and his staff have been taking care of my dental needs for few years. I have had everything from routine exams and cleanings to root canals and crowns. Dr. Yacoub and his team are the best. They enjoy their work and that shines through in their level of service and compassion. I had a recent emergency... they made an appointment for me immediately. I spent close to two hours in the dental chair and never once was I uncomfortable or felt pain. The whole team takes a lot of pride and effort in their work. Patients are not treated as one of their assembly line, just like most of today’s corporate dentistry. They have never made me wait for an appointment, they listen to what I say and address my concerns. Sincerely, This is the dental team you want working on your dental needs. Also the office is super clean with all digital technology.

Most painless dentist Ive been too! Everytime I’ve gone only one shot vs multiple with my other dentist. They fix the issue the first time no multiple trips because something was not fixed correctly.

Pleasant and helpful staff, the Doc. listens and is calm and patient. I can't remember how long it's been since I had my teeth cleaned because know one would touch them w/my 'issues' and he ordered the cleaning immediately! 5 Star's to Whitehall Family Dental! I highly recommend Whitehall Family Dentistry. The staff is courteous, professional, and very helpful. Carmen and Nancy always follow up on your concerns and always return your call, the dental assistants always make you feel very comfortable and Dr. Yacoub is the absolute BEST!!! He is not happy unless you are 100% satisfied. You never feel like a number, you feel like a priority when you are under his care.
