Don’t ever tell me all pizza makers are the same . These Brooklyn born brothers are master pizza makers. They brought their culinary expertise to Allentown. What you see is a gluten free charred masterpiece of pizza.

Hands down the best pizza on this side of Allentown, we had chicken bacon ranch it was scrumptious let alone the crust is just amazing. They do not disappoint!! We've also had their loaded potato pizza, you wouldn't think loaded potatoes would mesh on a pizza but it surely was delicious!

Can't believe I've never been here, but what a delightful surprise. The pizzas look amazing and they are all so very tasty. The crust is just the right amount of soft and a satisfying crunch. Brings me back to Brooklyn. Service was great as well and my pizza came fast and hot. Will be back for more!

Came back today to find that they have outside seating. This is definitely my go to spot for pizza. The staff even brought my dog water. I didn't ask for it. They are amazing!

The penne vodka was so tasty and the white pizza is my new favorite.

P.s Love that each table has condiments.

I was picking up Chinese food for my sister and told her I was really craving a good cheese steak. She suggested The Crust and boy, she did not steer me wrong!!! It was THE best I've had in a very long time and reasonably price. Lots of meat, fantastic sauce, and a hardy, fresh roll to support it. Definitely will drive across town for The Crust Pizzeria again...and thanks Sis!

As someone from NY, I know good pizza and this place does not disappoint!! My daughter (who went to college here in Pa) recommended it and said I’m telling you it’s as good as any place we’ve eaten at in NY. And she was right.

We ordered a Sicilian pie and it was excellent. Owner gave us two cannolis while we waited too 🙂

I was on a work trip on my birthday and wanted to treat myself to pizza. The cauliflower crust was delicious and the staff even left me a surprise message on my gluten free cake! Definitely made it a great day!

The food here is delicious! My favorite order is the chicken parmigiana! We come here often, as my wife works in the area. Jerry, the owner, is such a gentleman. Him and his staff work side by side together, which is very rare to see these days. Overall, always a great experience when we stop in for a bite to eat!

This is now our go to pizza spot. We moved here and the area has some great pizza. BUT every time we try something new the crust is always better. I appreciate the service and the pizza is to notch.

Long story short, the food is fresh, made to order and tasty. Ordered catering for a baby shower. A tray of chicken parm, baked ziti and got a comp tray of garlic bread since I didn't get the discount I hoped for. The chicken was moist and flavorful and the pasta was cooked well. The service is great, the owner Jerry and his family are a delight to speak with and helpful. We felt like part of the fam since they are from Brooklyn, NYC. We will order from them for future events and if in PA, we will make attempt to say hi and try the pizza!

My family’s favorite pizza place out of all the ones in the area! The pizza and variety of pizzas are top notch! We LOVE the taco pizza and cheese steak pizza! The penne and vodka is seriously the best I’ve had outside of my favorite Italian restaurant in NYC, tastes just like the highest quality penne and vodka dish! We look forward to eating here every time we order! Highly recommend!

This is the only pizzeria I’ve truly missed while being out of state and finishing up college. Glad to have moved back here and get some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! The quality of every ingredient used here is fully noticed and appreciated. Cant recommend this place enough!

Born and Raised South Allentown guy here..now living in Northern Pennsylvania and really really miss my Allentown and Philadelphia food spots. My wife and I were in town for an event and out of curiosity we decided to stop and see what became of a pizzeria called Ciro's I frequently ate at over 25 years ago...

Just a little background...we have ate pizza all over the world, from Chicago deep dish to South Philly "Angelos", to Southern California flatbread, NJ Boardwalk beach slices, Detroit squares, to many Brooklyn authentic pies.

Well well well let me tell "yous"...what a pleasant surprise we had at The Crust Pizzeria! Greeted as we walked in by my guy with the gold cross chain 👍..we ordered a few random slices for dine in and a hoagie to go..that was just the beginning! Let me start by saying these dudes are doing it right! Perfect cook, not to crispy.. but not to floppy..toppings were all fresh and seasoned to perfection. From the fresh ricotta on the white slice, to the sweet sauce on the sicilian, each one was knocked out of the park.

Little did they know my wife and I are Pizzeria connoisseurs and we watch every detail. We walk in as random customers and quietly critique each detail for fun..soooo here we are.. the story goes.., From the young female delivery driver neatly putting pies in a snug delivery bag, to the counter guy double checking pizza "doneness" with the Pizza maker. From the gentlemen cleaning the flat griddle after every cook to the politeness for every customer putting the order in..let me just say this spot is for real! 👍👍

P.S. the "American" hoagie we got to go was everything we hoped for..from the classic Jersey Liscio's roll to the fresh Oil and Vin.. I'd put it up against any south philly or jersey hoagie shop any day, any time.

First time ordering a pizza for take out here. Good food, will add to our pizza list for future take out. Just a little tricky finding the place for the first time. I got it now.

Excellent no other words! Spinach, Ricotta & Garlic Boli incredible! Also got the homemade mozzarella sticks beyond delicious! Everyone is friendly, courteous and the delivery driver was so nice! Donnamarie (one word lol)

I ordered the "Crust Special pizza" and "10 Sweet and Hot" wings.

They were delivered quickly, and were hot and fresh when they arrived. The pizza was good, the crust was actually the best part. The wings were large and had exceptional flavor.

I would definitely re-order from here.

We ordered a Sicilian pie today to pick up. It's a friendly, positive atmosphere when you walk in, they treat you like friends even if it's your first time there, and the pizza was delicious! Can't wait to order from them again!

Great slices! Loaded potato was fantastic. Buffalo wasn't my thing, but their other slices are great and lots to choose from.

This place is great! The pizza I got was delicious and they work fast! The customer service is fantastic very welcoming place. Will be back!
