What can I say but this store looks to be on the up and up as my wife and I made the mistake of switching to a competitor and were desperate to come back after 8 months. We came in there asking all kinds of questions and they had a couple options. We even asked about home internet and Anna and Louis both had lots of information to help us make the best decision for our unique situation. Anna stayed late the next day to get our phones ported and if all goes well I will post a follow up when our reimbursement comes in and first couple bill cycles. Some hoops to jump through, but it all seems worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Louis, the assistant manager at T-Mobile in the South Mall, Allentown PA, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received.

I was waiting for a survey from T-Mobile directly, but since I didn't get one I'm leaving a review here.

On July 14th, my wife and I switched cell service to T-Mobile. Our sales consultant at the South Mall store in Allentown Pennsylvania, Tynia, was simply amazing. She took time to answer all of our questions clearly, helped us with activation and setting up the T-Mobile app and the T-Mobile Tuesdays app. She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We can't say enough good things about her. I hope the company knows what a great employee they have in her, and will honor that in some important way.

The store had a lot of customers yesterday, but Jody and the two other women working were handling it efficiently. Jody rebooted my phone and it's been working fine since.

Amanda was great. I will always come to this location for all my needs. She went the extra mile setting up all of our devices. Highly recommend location

The staff behaved reasonably, and we are pleased with our new iPhone 13. Although we ran into a glitch with a promotional deal, the store exceed our expectations and made things right!

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful! They’re super personable and answered every single one of my questions. They helped us get the best deals that they could give us. Ashley is who mainly helped us, but everyone else on the staff was great as well! It was my first time getting a phone plan and they all made it super easy for me. I’m very thankful for everything that they did for me today! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Always a great expierence. They are straight forward and pull no punches. Went In to potentially seek new phone and possible watch or phone replacement as i cracked my screen and I got everything I wanted and more then took my daughter back later that day. The same associate helped us and completely hooked her up with the entire Apple suite And make sure she understood everything very thoroughly before we left. There was no pressure, Olvin was just so friendly.

My husband and I came here after a day of none sense and frustration speaking with order support techs about our order. When we went in we expected something else to go wrong but to our surprise it was fast and easy. Very friendly staff, very helpful. We mostly spoke and worked with Kendrick D., again very friendly, very helpful. He fixed all the problems with our order, quickly. He set up our phones and we are very happy. Thank you guys!

I recently changed cell service to sprint due to high and constantly fluctuating bill with another carrier. From the moment I walked in the store, I was greeted by an amazing team of customer service reps who have gone above and beyond to make sure I left the store with new phones, new service, and a new outlook on dealing with cell phone providers. Not only did they get me incredible deals on new lines of activation, but made me want to come back a week or so later and add 2 more lines of service for my family. On my second trip back to the store both my salesman Kendric, and the store manager Yannette, immediately recognized me and had me in and out with 2 new lines of service in less than 10-15 minuets. Great job Sprint! This store is top notch.

I had one of the best experiences ever going into this store every single one of the people in the store were so nice and helpful in every single way. Ant, pat Karla and especially Brendan amazing!!! There was an issue and they figured out a solution asap so that I wouldn't be without a phone. YONNETT ( the store manager) has proven the best customer service to me in many years. I switched from Verizon to Sprint and she was very helpful in an experience that can be very difficult. To this day she still helps me anytime I need anything in regards to my Sprint account

Jasmine, and the store manager (Yonnet)are awesome! They both worked incredibly hard to get me better service, from what I have with Tmobile . No more dropped calls while living in the country. I will recommend this store location to everyone. They were professional, thorough, able and willing to help us. Thank you guys so much for all your hardwork. I am extremely grateful!

Isaiah is amazing. Went to great lengths to help me resolve cell phone issues. He is very patientp polite and offers excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable. This young man deserves recognition.

Rudy at this store location was one of the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable cell phone store employees I've ever encountered. I came in with four cell phones that were found underwater snorkeling at the Delaware River and he was able to help get them back to their rightful owners and made many peoples day!

the guys that work at this location are very honest and they always guide me into the correct direction. every time i had a problem, they addressed it and solved it with out trying to sell me or just try to get me out the door. i strongly recommend taking your business to south mall t mobile store if you want it done correctly!

These guys are our neighbors here in South Mall. I own the FIX Mobile (cell phone and tablet repair company) right next to them. I know some of the sales reps. personally and they are all very nice people. Would recommend any of our South Allentown / Emmaus clients to them for Sprint!
