I had a chimney removed to below the roof line, a satellite dish removed from my roof and a leak fixed. The roof looks like it was never touched, beautiful! No mess they called to confirm the day before,showed up on time. Sal the roof repair appraiser was professional easy to talk to and understanding about my concerns. I had a salesman come to my home and was told "I would like to sell you a roof, but you don't need one yet." That was an honest appraisal. Four years later, the salesman returned and this time I did need a new roof. The work was scheduled promptly and six men did all the work by mid-afternoon.

Paul Wright Roofing re-coated my front and back porch roofing. They stand behind the work and do what they have to do to make it right. The entire team from the office to the contractors are honest and professional. They come in and get the job and make sure that the customers happy.

Their estimate was correct for the work they did. They scheduled the job in a timely fashion and completed it in one day. As I was home at the time I carefully observe the work from afar and have no complaints about the quality of craftsmanship or materials used. They did a fantastic job and they cleaned up the debris afterwards. They are not the cheapest roofers in town but I believe that in cases of such important projects it's important not to skimp on quality. When they had removed the old roof they took the time to show me where plywood needed to be replaced and the water damage that they found. Every question I had about materials and application they took the time to answer me honestly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who needs a roof and I've already recommended them in several cases. Prior to replacing my roof, I had them repair some damage that resulted in leaks and none of them leaked even five years after their repair. That's why I chose them when it was time to do the whole roof and that's why I would recommend them; they do good work. If you come across this review years later and I have not added an addendum about a leak that later happened you can know that their work stood up, because I would definitely come back and add that. I genuinely don't believe it will be required.

In December of 2022, and January of 2023, respectively, Paul Wright roofing came thru in a timely manner to replace portions of our slate roof, and to work on gutter repair. Very satisfied with their work and response time. 10 stars! Will use them again, without a doubt!

They were very responsive from the first call. They set a time quickly to assess the situation. We needed roof repair on the garage and roof replacement for the entire house. Provided estimate in February and were accommodating to schedule the work in the first week of April per our request. Completed the work as scheduled in two days per estimate. Already had a neighbor comment on how good the roof looks. He also said he is retired and was watching the work being completed. He said "Boy, those guys kept working nonstop the whole time." He was impressed and so are we.

My slate roof needed a number of slates replaced after this winter. Paul Wright was the first roofing company to reply and give a quote. They did the repairs in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. Both the office manager and the roofer called to keep me updated on the project. This job was for a home I just sold, and I will be passing on their contact information to the new owners. Excellent overall experience!

I knew I came to the right place as soon as I placed the call. Someone answered the phone immediately. That's not my experience with other roofing businesses.
Even during this unusual time, someone came quickly to assess the soffit and fascia repair work that was necessary. gave me a fair estimate, and a few weeks later the workers came and did an outstanding job.
Clearly a very professional business and we will continue to use them should we ever need future roofing work. I am proud to recommend Paul Wright Roofing to anyone.

They gave us a great estimate for the work. They arrived when they said they would. The workers were all very polite and very hardworking and cleaned everything up after they were done. We are thrilled with our new roof, love it!!!

Paul Wright Roofing did an excellent job installing my porch roof and though I got an estimate to get new gutters, they were able to use existing gutters at a very appreciated discount. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends! Staff was very courteous and work was done quickly and efficiently!

I had a tile roof repaired by Paul Wright Roofing. It took some time, but mostly to source the tiles, which is common right now with a lot of things. The estimator was up front about the potential time it would take to do the work. Once they had the tiles work was done quickly and professionally. The team that came out was polite, communicated their plans and any issues clearly and cleaned up exceptionally well after work was completed.

The estimator was timely in regard to coming out to our home and getting the estimate in our hands within a day or two. The turn around time from the estimate to the completed job was exceptional. The crew was polite and professional and they left our premises with the work completed and in pristine condition. The office staff was just as polite and accommodating. They sent US a thank you letter for choosing their company. Without hesitation, I will recommend this company to my friends.

We own a house with a slate roof so it's extremely important to us to get it looked at every year. We have used Paul Wright Roofing for about 8 years and every year, they have been wonderful. They come out to look, take pictures of things they see and than discuss the repairs. I always feel confident when they leave that my roof is in good condition!

The men worked very hard and efficiently on the roof, especially after discovering they had to rip off five previous roofs and replace damaged wood underneath. They covered up our patio and yard to avoid any damage. Everything was cleaned up before they left. The foreman showed me photos of the damaged roof and kept me informed on the progress of the job. I am well pleased with Paul Wright Roofing and would definitely recommend them!

The old saying goes that "you only get one chance to make a good first impression"! Well with Paul Wright Roofing I found that out the minute I made a phone call to get an estimate, as on the second ring my call was promptly answered by a very pleasant lady who very courteously asked me how she could help me, when I told her that I wanted to get an estimate on an issue I had with my roof, she answered with dates and times she had available for someone to come out and look at my roof! Talking about professionalism, organization, service, and first impressions! Well the rest is history, the estimator came over on the date and time I chose, the estimate was reasonable, I was put on their schedule and a couple of weeks later the roof was repaired to my satisfaction, what else can you ask for? If I ever have another issue with my roof, it's a no brainer-- PW will get the job!

Project got delayed by weather, but was well communicated by PWR the day before. The crew arrived on time, completed the work required quickly, and my new roof looks great. No issues moving forward, and closing out the invoice was easy.

We received quick action to identify and to repair our Midway Manor Shed roof .This attention to detail prevented further damage. They responded to our emergency in less then an hour.
